I tried to call and ask if they sold a certain plant and as soon as I asked the lady just said No! And hung up. Rude!!!

Good size nursery with a great selection of landscape plants,soil, fertilizer,pest control and knowledgeable staff.

I've always found they had the best supply of common, and also unusual plants, trees, gravel and mulch. Just go to the hut and someone usually is there.

Loved it. The St Augustine is first class. Beautiful. Definitely a place to get it. I will definitely be back . The tree and plant selection is tremendous.

Purchased a Juniper Tree in January. The tree completely died by June. They would not do return, and their other Juniper trees are yellow and dying on display. Juniper trees I purchased from Lowes and planted at the same time are healthy.

May 13, 2022 - Very disappointed with the after sale service. If you experience any problems after you purchase from Magnolia don’t expect to get any assistance. We got some hanging plants from them and in less than 2 weeks they are almost dead even though we followed their specific instructions. It is disappointing

This is the place if you are looking for healthy, beautiful plants with great plant expertise. Especially, for plants that you can't find at HD or Lowes. Not the cheapest around, but the plant quality and knowledge is unmatched in Baldwin County.

I guess customer service is not one of the services that Magnolia provides. I visited there yesterday and no one person came up to me and asked if they could help me. I wandered around the lot and nobody bothered to ask if I needed help. I was prepared to spend a great deal of money, but now, I will never go there again. I was bitterly disappointed and can't, in good faith, suggest this business to anyone.

So I just called Magnolia Landscape Nursery. The person answering the call greeted me with hello... I wasn't sure that I had actually called the correct number so I asked is this Magnolia nursery he said yes. I said if you have a minute I'd like to ask some information about pricing... He told me he did not have time. Not even sure I know what to say.I guess if you have enough business you don't even have to be polite.

So many varieties and different sizes of plants. We loved walking around the nursery. 💗 Helpful staff. 😁
