Like a Blessing it is! A small company that repairs washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers at a great price and professional work! Great place to do fast, friendly business!

My mom bought a thermo bulb for our dryer about 2 months ago . When she got home the bulb was broke. Took bulb , box , and receipt back within the hour. The man pretty much called my mom a liar ! I said I would never use them again.
Well... we needed an igniter for the dryer this time ( burnt in half), Feb 17th 2020, mom goes back to them again. They say with out paper receipt ( not a picture of written and register receipt ).

I PROMISE WE WILL NOT USE THIS SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS EVER AGAIN and if I can prevent anyone else from using them. I WILL !!!

I will be using them now for my appliance repair needs. The guys up there were friendly and knowledgable! Thank you again, A & B appliances. You will always have my business, and I will be sure to refer y'all to friends and family!

I bought a washer/dryer combo from them. About a half a year later, a pillow got caught in the washer due to user error and the washer would not drain or spin. I called A and B. They kindly and patiently walked me through what to check and how to fix it. Saved me lots of money and time!

Everytime I've needed a part for any appliances, they had it. They've helped me figure out what part I need. They've never tried to gauge me or steer me to a more expensive part. Good service, good prices. Don't go anywhere else if you haven't checked here.

I live 100 yards from A&B and have been a loyal customer for many years. Today he refused to drive 100 yards for a service call, which thay make $60.00 for, to look at a refrigerator and diagnose a simple fix. Show they have ZERO Customer Loyalty. Guess they do not need the business, because he referred me to Bush Appliance.

Fixed my dryer right up & the price was amazing. Worth every dime. I also got my appliance back in a jif! Please try this company before buying something new, you might be surprised!

Got a part from them this morning and turned out I needed a new compressor instead of the switch I bought so I was going to returned the unused part but they have a no return policy which is stated on the recipe. I didn’t know this till I looked at the recipe at my house 30minutes after the item was paid for. I was not informed of this at all and was charged for the item before I got a recipe so even if I wanted to return it directly after I paid for it he could have refused the return. The reason for the one star is if you buy an electric part from him and it happens to be faulty “ the part I bought was not faulty just saying if” there is a no return policy so make sure the part you buy is exactly what you need. He said he would fix the compressor which was the problem on my fridge after trouble shooting and I would have gladly paid him to fix it if he would have let me return the new part but I won’t be back and settled for a new fridge.

Love this place.if you need and off wall item for your stove repair or window units they have it and so much more give them call- so knowledgeable- just nice guys. Helpful. Also do deep cleans on a/c.

I have used A&B Appliances for all of my parts and one repair for over ten years. I like the fact that they are ready and willing to do the repairs or sell you the part and tell you how to fix it. I am a home owner and not an appliance repair tech. They always show great patience with me. If I need help with my appliances I call these guys. When they did do the repair I needed, they were prompt and fixed the problem and I was on with my day. They don't push their parts or service on me. This last problem I had only involved resetting the machine. It solved my problem with no parts or service. I wish all of the technical persons I use were this professional. Freezer stopped cooling but was still below 32F. Called to see if they made house calls but only do in shop repairs. Guy was great asking what was my issue and he gave me two suggested checks. Turns out it was a bad thermostat. I called back, they had just closed but Guy answered, I ordered the part and he had it outside for me to pick up. Can't praise enough and saved us $$$ because no one had a freezer in inventory and techs were a week out before coming to the house. Would highly recommend! Thanks Guy !
