The commercial walk in refrigerator was not maintain a steady temperature. We struggled for almost a week working with a different vendor to isolate the issue for repair. Can’t thank this company enough. Had an emergency with food thawing in a reach-in freezer and they showed up quickly after my call. They had it back up and running with a part they had in stock and gave me some tips on taking better care of my equipment with some preventative maintenance!

We needed the commercial ventilation hood serviced at our camp in the kitchen. I contacted RSI and they gave us a great price and had everything completed within a week.
