Tristan was very professional, but at the same time friendly. He answered all my questions honestly and without hesitation. He worked with me to come up with a solution for my problem that I could live with. He pointed out things that I should be aware of, but there was no pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. This was a very good first experience with Walley's Plumbing

Technician came out and stated he needed to change out a diverted valve in my shower. He then explained to me about the cost for the job, which at that point I didn't know what all that job would consist of to fixing it. I agreed to have it done and much to my surprise 1-diverter valve and 20 minutes of labor the cost was $497.00. The part at the supply house is only $30.00. I got the invoice in the mail and absolutely no breakdown as to why it was $497.00, so I called and spoke with the young lady and she couldn't explain it to me it's just the way their program was set up. I went up to their office and the public can not enter their door and you have to call a number for an appointment. I called the number and a gentleman answered (Matt) I explained to him about my bill and he was certainly not concerned about what I had to say, pretty much said it is what it is you signed for the work to be done therefore you paid the price. Expensive lesson learned. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT IS "FLAT FEE" they take the national average and program it in their computer and that's their way of charging folks. Shop small businesses not big box companies. I spoke with a independent plumber after the fact and the job would have been around $200. that's including the part and free estimate. Wish I would've known beforehand. SHOP INDEPENDENT!!!! If you see a company with a fleet of wrapped vehicles RUN LIKE HELL!!! They can afford all that from ripping the public off. If I had only read their reviews first I would of shopped elsewhere. They should be ashame but I don't think they care, just remember one thing, what goes around comes around and the good lord has this.
