Scam.. over price for no service .. they came in for 10 minutes stating that the items not worth fixing because it’s an LG.. they never asked me on the phone what was the brand.. they could told me that over the phone.. charged $195

DONT USE THEM VERY BAD

Upon a call for repairs, they did not seem to want to be bothered. But considering A1 Appliance Parts recommended then I can see why. A1 SERVICE AND BUSINESS SUCKS.

I highly recommend this company. I Needed a part that was hard to find and the two guys Brad and Brett I think their names where went out of their way to find the part. All of the employees were very respectful and friendly. Service like that is hard to find now days. I will use them again and urge my friends and family to do the same. 10/10

B&H tech arrived at my home to replace Samsung ice maker, service was fast and quick. When repairs where completed and the bill was presented I almost fell backwards, ice maker was double the amount that was listed on Samsung website, the $96.00 dollar replacement ice maker (Samsung RF267ABRS) was billed to me for $189.00 and labor was $100.00 I was told it would be $85.00, very dishonest about billing and part issues, for that reason I DO NOT recommend using them!!!

This company came out to my home to repair my refrigerator. After the work was done, I was told the issue my compressor is not working. I paid the $95 service call and said thank you sir for coming out. I than called my warranty department so they came out and said well, your warranty is voided because its missing parts so I'm like huh! Well, that's because B&H Appliance took the part with them and my $95. Now they did come back and put it on and then they politely walked back out the door without even a sorry for our mistake or nothing. Now with all due respect I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of their inability to be transparent and lack of integrity.

I asked that they come to inspect a generator on a house that we were purchasing (and it’s currently occupied). They were suppose to call before they got there and told me they would be there Thursday or Wednesday. They showed up Tuesday morning without notifying anyone. Apparently they can’t guarantee that someone calls me back either to explain about the generator.
Lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She told me he would call me this morning. When I called to see about if I could talk to him, she said he was already gone and couldn’t guarantee that someone would call me today.
I’ll be looking for a different company to service my generator.

Cain Electric diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue that several other electricians had missed. The techs were on time, friendly and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work we had done yesterday due to damage from Zeta. The office was fantastic about updating us on when the guys would arrive, and they even showed up a little early! The techs were super friendly and explained everything to us before they got started. They were quick and efficient as well. We will definitely use this company again for anything we may need in the future.
