Josh and Kameron came out today to service my yard. I had been experiencing some unusual weed growth and coverage. They took the time to meet with me and listen to all my concerns. I could tell from our conversation they were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about delivering excellent customer service. It was evident they were passionate about ensuring my yard was healthy and I was receiving the service my yard needed. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and the company has always made good on their promises. Josh and Kameron are an asset to TDI and truly care about their customers and getting the job done right the first time. If I could have these two gentleman service my yard every time that would hands down be my choice.

The service was and always has been amazing. TDI is very responsive, especially if you have any kind of issue. The manager over my account, Tyler Dickens, is amazing. I noted some weeds coming up after an application. I notified Tyler and the next day he had Keith (also amazing guy) out to the house and within 2 days… the stubborn weeds were gone. We have been TDI customers for years and their customer service is remarkable. Just recently we had an issue with wasps and our technician, Joshua F., came out quickly and treated the area and then came back a few days later to make sure they were gone. Thank you!!

Broadleaf weeds all over my yard, growing way above the grass. When I complained, the "technician" wanted to argue with me. He said that was normal for Alabama in the summer. That's simply not true. I had a weed free yard for many years when I took care of it myself, and for several years when I used Scott's service before they sold out. I'm paid up for the year, but will be switching to another service at the end of the year.

Aeration Tech called ahead, came on time, was thorough, efficient, friendly, courteous and did a great job.

My technician, Jaquez, always does a thorough job and provides a detailed report following. He has always been willing to answer my questions and provide sound recommendations.

Tyler Lee is super professional, very courteous and very communicative. Always gives me a heads up when he is on his way and our yard has never looked better!

The price is decent compared to their parent/side company, Fairway Lawns, but service is hit-or-miss in our area. Still have a few weeds, though not as many as when we used a "budget" service previously. Grass looks good (except for an area that died due to ???), but the sidewalk and driveway have a few more rust spots due to fertilizer pellets not being cleared off in time after lawn treatment. When the tech texts to coordinate a treatment date/time, "tomorrow" may mean "today", so confirm a few times.

Joshua as always did a great job. He takes his time to ensure our yard is treated correctly. Our dog recognizes him as a friend and doesn’t bark at him which is unusual since he is so protective of our home and yard.

TDI has cared for mine lawn and plants the past 12 months and have never looked better. Well worth the price. The techs are all very professional.

I thoroughly enjoy TDI services, technicians, and their communication. They are always precise and on schedule and offer great customer service. My technician Kez was thorough on explaining the process and answer all the questions I had regarding my yard treatment.

The technician arrived on time, applied the appropriate chemicals, and finished within an hour. His report came to me by email later that day. The report stated that he observed fire ants in my yard. I have inspected the yard and there are no fire ants. I telephoned the technician and he told me he did not Include finance in his report. He told me that TDI Insert that information into its reports in order to sell the service to existing customers. If this is true. I considered highly unethical.
