Nate and Conner were both excellent to work with. Efficient, professional, and trustworthy. Work was performed in a timely fashion. Conner came to my house promptly after I called on a Sunday morning for an after hours emergency issue and Nate stayed until almost 8:00 at night in order to finish up an issue that he discovered while working on a separate plumbing issue for me. I would absolutely recommend J. Henry Plumbing and will be requesting Nate for future plumbing needs.

The service was on time and finished quickly. J. Henry sent me a photo of the technician, a nice touch, before Connor arrived. Once at our home, Connor offered a less expensive solution than I expected, and then made it happen. The service could not be any better than that!

I called j Henry for help because I couldn't get the internet to work for me. Two young men showed up. I showed them the new commode seat and new tower I had and they would furnish the new flapper. I also needed the sprayer head on the kitchen sink replaced and did not have one. They said it would be $386 for them to do the repairs. I said no thank you and told them to have a good day. The young man said they could put on the new seat, the new tower and a flapper for $185. I let them do the work with the only cost to them being the flapper. Ittook about 15 minutes. They were friendly and the work is still holding up.

I'm surprised no one has called to try to explain it away.
