ALWAYS PERFECT! This is about the 4th or 5th large tree they have taken down for us and always a perfect job. Professional and just a real great team to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Triple J Tree Services came yesterday to my home and made an awesome job. Very polite crew, making some suggestion and doing an extra work.

Called them during the rainimg season. I was very afraid living in West Alabama during the stroms. Needed to have three removed they leaning near the house. When the weather got better they came @ 720 removed trees, debris and groind down the stumps. Would I use or recommend them to anyone. Yes 5 stars

Donna and the guys were great to work with. They trimmed up three live oaks and took out a couple of small trees for us. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They cut 2 big trees, 2 small trees and limbed another. Our yard was left spotless.

Incredibly efficient, professional removal of 3 medium and 1 large tree, all with multiple very large branches and a million small branches. Clean up was incredible….you couldn’t tell all those trees had just come down! Highly recommend!

2:30am June 20, 2019 during severe thunderstorm a really large oak tree with large canopy fell across our roof. Early next morning my Farmers insurance agent sent a tree co out. The tree pro said he would love to help but he did not have needed equipment. More damage could be caused removing the tree if not handled correct way and also very dangerous situation. I called Triple J Tree Service and talked with Mrs. Hoggle. Within an hour Mrs. Hoggle and Thor ( Jeff Hoggle) were at my house looking things over. They left and were back within the hour with crane, large bucket truck and their capable team. They hit the ground rolling. Thor working the crane, team member working chainsaw out of bucket truck and ground crew busy also. It was precision cutting and precision lifting getting tree down stick by stick. Mr Hoggle was constantly watching where his men were as he moved and lowered the large sticks of wood. The team worked well together and did all they could do to prevent any further damage. They placed very large tarp over damaged area and secured it. They stacked debris up in neat piles and returned a few days later to remove as promised. They waited patiently a few days until my adjuster sent the money. Thank you Triple J for quickly responding in a professional manner in my hour of need. Yes i had neighbor offer to help me but i knew this was a job for the pros. I suggest if you run into this problem call Triple J and the life you save may be yours or a neighbor. We had a tree come down on our house in a storm and Triple J showed up the very next morning to assess the damage and had the tree cleared the next day right before a new line of storms came in. The guys even tarped the roof and finished clearing debris as the rain fell. Incredibly professional and high quality work! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called this company the afternoon of June 5th. I needed large tree trunks removed from my yard that another company had left behind. I explained my issue where these logs have been there for a month due to poor service, and that they needed to be removed as soon as possible. I told her anytime the next day would be fine for an estimate.

I missed their call the following day as I was sleeping. I'd made arrangements that they could take pictures and notify me via text or phone call of the estimate. I had explained to the woman I talked to that I work graveyard shift and I would most likely be resting when they came. Remember: Your 10am is my 2am.

I called back numerous times on June 6th and 7th, no answer. I didn't hear back until close to their closing time on June 7th! I received a text message that stated "Hey Jennifer! Sorry we haven't gotten by to look at your tree debris yet. We have had emergencies since we spoke. We should be able to run by tomorrow if you still need us."

I'm more than understanding of emergencies and I hope their workers are safe, but I'll pass on working with a company that takes so long to notify me that they're not coming.

Triple J cut around 20 trees from our backyard. They were easy to work with from start to finish. I would use them again and I recommend them to everyone.

Had these folks out to clear 6-7 large trees from my downtown home. They came out, gave an estimate, and set a date to do the work. They showed up on time (a hard thing to get around here, frankly), well-staffed and with great equipment (bucket trucks). They got the job done in 4-5 hours as estimated and cleaned up after themselves. Polite, friendly, skilled and an overall great experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Triple J has been our go to tree service for years. My dad has used them, I have used them and now my son. They are fast, fair and so professional. They leave a property they way they found it. I would not use anyone else!

Best of the best. They removed 3 trees leaning on the house and cleaned up several others and hauled it all away for an excellent price. Couldn't tell they were ever here except for the missing trees.
