Triple J was amazing from start to finish. Everything was fast and easy. The office staff kept us up to date and the crew that came to our house did an outstanding job. Did not have one single issue. We will definitely use them again.

Do not make a deal with Donna! The workers were willing to get the job done, but she had an alternative motive. It's so unfortunate for the guys, they worked hard.

This past spring a tree fell on my driveway, blocking me from leaving my house. I called several tree services, and Triple J got back to me within the hour. They removed the tree and trimmed others along the drive. I was so pleased with their work! They did an excellent job and cleaned up the site beautifully. They are now my tree service. I will use them for maintenance work this fall.

I hired Triple J to cut down and remove 4 very large trees, one of which was in a very tight/hard to get to spot and was endangering my home. Not only did they show up in force but got the job done in 1 day! I was surprised by their professionalism and attention to detail, they far surpassed my expectations and I will call them again when needed. I was also impressed at the cleanliness of everything when they were done.

Very impressed with Triple J all around. Called for a quote and Donna was here the next day. Very reasonable price to cut down and remove 2 dead trees. They were able to fit us in within a couple days. Showed up early and got it done in an hour and a half. They even cleaned it all up like they were never here. Very satisfied and will use them again for sure. Thanks guys!

Triple J is the best! They spent half a day @ my house yesterday physically climbing 85 ++ feet trees & making it look easy. They have the newest, best equipment (check out their bucket truck!) and the best crew. All total gentlemen! They did an excellent job from beginning to end. Everything cleaned up & hauled away. I could not be more pleased & would highly recommend!

These are good folks. I didn't do any price shopping but the price seemed fair. I was looking to have a few trees cut away from the house, but they suggested that I go for some "forestry mulching" around the perimeter. We are pleased with the outcome. I'll need more tree work in the future and won't hesitate to call them again.

I messaged Triple J needing stump grinding asap. They were at my house the next morning at 8am and done before lunch. They completely cleaned up the work site and did an excellent job removing all the stumps at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Triple J were very responsive when I contacted them for a quote on a multiple tree job in our yard. Donna gave me a time range, showed up in that time range for the walk around, and sent me the quote in the next 2 hours. We were fortunate that they had open time that same day before a big job started later in the week. They did a very clean job of the scope of work we had agreed to. Very knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

From start to finish this company did an amazing job with communicating with us what they could do and when they could do it. There was no over promise and under deliver. Donna and her team was extremely professional and respectful of our property as they cut down the unwanted trees. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had a tree fall in yard. Gave Triple J a call and got a response and estimate within an hour. Crew came out prompt and quick and had fallen tree removed and another tree I requested to be removed in less than an hour. Highly recommend Triple J for your tree removal needs.

Triple J went out of their way to meet our needs. They did a very thorough job and worked with us to make sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly and completely. Changes requested by us were made without issue. We got a lot of quotes for tress removal, and they were all roughly the same, but Triple J's outline of how they would do the work was far better, and they have their own stump grinder (which most apparently do not) so we only had to deal with one company for the entire job.

I used Triple J to remove a large oak tree, a medium magnolia tree, and a 40 foot row of scraggly trees and overgrown shrubs, as well as to trim a massive oak with very large limbs over my house. Donna was an excellent communicator, she came out to take a look at my job very soon after I contacted her and then priced it out on the spot.

The Triple J team was insanely efficient! I still can't believe how quickly they removed all the trees, ground the stumps, and cleaned up. It was all done in just a matter of a few hours. They were amazing all around. I felt their pricing was fair, and I felt very comfortable using them knowing they had insurance as well as worker's compensation for their employees in case anything went wrong. I definitely recommend Triple J to others, and I will certainly be using them again.

Having Donna & her crew remove trees & brush was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Donna replied promptly to my initial call and came out to do the estimate the next day. Yesterday the team arrived to do the work. They cleared brush, took down several trees including some massive pecan trees. One pecan tree had a stump as big as their bobcat! Stumps were ground up & yard was cleaned up. All in a day! Triple J has the team & equipment to do what needs to be done. As I said, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Donna contacted me quickly after my initial call and came out the next morning right on time. She assessed our needs, gave us a quote and a timeframe for the work to be done. They were able to do it quickly. On the day of the storm damage cleanup the whole crew was on time. Very professional. Worked well together and cleaned up after themselves. Loved the communication and the professionalism. Will call them again.

The Triple J Tree service was excellent! They took the time to come out and look at our trees twice and talk us through our options and the different price breakdowns. We shopped around and they had the best prices! They were totally professional, very attentive and communicative. Once we hired them for the job, they came out quickly and made sure we were 100% satisfied. And they did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. We will definitely use them again, and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

**Editing to add: About three years after we first employed Triple J, we hired them again to remove three large trees from our property. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional they were. Due to the size and location of the trees, this was an extremely challenging project, and I am so glad we trusted Triple J with it. Multiple unforeseeable issues arose (hello, steel fence post in the center of our 100-year-old, mistletoe-infested hackberry growing within five feet of two houses!), requiring more time and equipment than expected, but they adapted quickly and efficiently to ensure that the project was completed safely and at the quoted cost. As with our previous experience with them, they were transparent and communicative at every step, and really went above and beyond. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We hired Triple J Tree Service to cut down a large oak tree that was near our house in our backyard. Donna was quick to come out & give us a quote. It was important to us that their company had insurance and workman’s compensation. After letting Triple J know we wanted to hire them, they scheduled our job quite quickly, within a two week timeframe. I was concerned about them damaging the large azaleas growing underneath our tree but amazingly, they didn’t damage a single one. I had a massive Oak on my property that was showing signs of rot and, sadly, had to come down. I called Triple J and they responded the next day to provide an estimate. The following day, their crew was on scene and made quick work of it. They hauled away the mountain of debris and then did a good job cleaning up what was left. These folks are pros! Extremely friendly too. 10/10 will call them again for future tree work.

I had 4 huge pine trees that I needed removed due to age. Donna at Triple J and her staff were remarkable! Donna made the deal with me at 7am and the crew showed up by 730. The job was completed, as she promised, by 3 pm. The clean-up was performed within a couple of days and as-promised. They work hard and like a “well-greased machine”. No problems, no hang ups. I’m glad I chose them and highly recommend them!!

Working with this company (and it's amazing people) was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Donna's professionalism showed in her response time, knowledge, and ability to listen and educate us on different options for getting the work done. When we had made some decisions, the crew arrived onsite early, got to work, and worked hard. We had a huge, dead tree looming over our house, and Christian did a lot of difficult climbing and cutting to get it down safely. The whole crew was a pleasure to have working there, and we were so glad that we chose Triple J for this big job.
