Professional fast service highly recommend shelby tree company

Very professional and did a wonderful job. Cut two large Oak trees down and cleaned up in one of the hottest days of the year.

Shelby Tree Service is OUTSTANDING! I had 3 trees removed and stumps grounded from our family property and the customer service and professionalism was unmatched. I was impressed with how II was able to get an estimate , scheduled and service complete in such a timely manner. Please give them your business, they are awesome.

I call, they came out the next day looked at the job in the crawl space jumped back in their truck & left without saying a word & haven't return any calls for an explanation.

Atkins plumbing company you called the office and the lady answer the phone said she going to give them the message and then you call one of the guys cell phone what's on the truck saying that he going to come and do the work and you call him and they never show up

I called on Tuesday and he said he would try to come out, if not would come Wednesday. Here it is one week later and a no show and won’t answer my calls.
I saw a review that he only does this to black customers. Sad, sad, sad!

Heard wonderful things about this company from several coworkers in the past, however my experience was different. I had a plumbing issue two weeks ago on July 23rd and needed a plumber ASAP but it was 8 o'clock in the evening. I called Akins and got his wife who said she would put me on his list to see tomorrow.

I never received a call back. This was just my experience but I've heard stellar reviews from others, so I'll assume that this was a bad day. My issue was fixed the next day by another company but I think I'll be a little hesitant to call Akins plumbing again.

They were a no-show for the second time. Derelict in their duties.

I have a problem with my toilet and I use Choice Home Warranty (which is a whole another conversation, horrible experience). Choice Home Warranty finally got in contact with Akins Plumbing to come fix my bathroom plumbing, they were scheduled to come out on 4/20/2023. However when I spoke with Mike Akins on 4/18/23, he stated that he had a death in his family which I totally understood this. So I asked him when will he be able to come out, he stated that he could come the following week on Tuesday which I agreed to. I contacted Mike on Friday April 21st to confirm the appoint for Tuesday, he stated that it looks like he won't be able to do it till Wednesday, I explained to him that Wednesday would not be good for me so we set it up for Thursday. I tried contacting him on Wednesday to confirm our schedule date of Thursday got no response. However on Thursday the day the scheduled appointment he sends me a text stating that he is not goin to make it and rescheduled for Friday April 28th @ 9 am. Did not hear from him on today at all. I attempted to call him, he did not pick up. I texted him no response. I'm not pleased at all of how this has been handled and the fact that he never contacted me about scheduling conflicts I only knew he wasn't going to make any of them is because of me contacting him. And then just not showing up on the day that he was expected is just very unprofessional.

UNRELIABLE. WASTE OF TIME. He was asked to repair a faucet, he showed up and said he was ordering the part, and then he dissappeared. I've called his cell phone for two weeks and no answer. I've called the office and the person said that she would give them the message and he never called.

Do not waste time with this guy. It's always next week over and over and over. He won't do what He says and will leave You hanging. Just don't bother!

Please don’t waste your phone call to this company. It’s been a week since he called to say he was on his way. I don’t know where he was coming from or on his way to because he never made it. I understand that there were frozen and busted pipes all over town but a week and no contact. I read the reviews but didn’t want to believe them.
