Karen's Cleaning Services was nice at first but don't let that get you fool you. When I asked one area that hasn't been clean ( I have sent her the picture of the place exectly where it needed to be clean) she told me she had cleaned it, turns out she didn't and when I confronted her, she gave me bunch of excuses why she didn't cleaned it. Instead of apologize she gave me an attitude and rudely ask if I wanted a refund $15 out of $160 or come out to clean. Also they only accept cash which should been clue that they are shady business to deal with. They take your money and lie to you and their cleaning services isn't that great. Had to make re clean everything myself. If it's too good to be true with their prices it probably is.

I can't say anough things about Karen and her team. She did an amazing job when I vacated my apartment. She was so nice even help me load up some last minute things that the movers Left Behind. Not only did I get my deposit back the apartment management company wanted to know which cleaning service I used so they could hire her for other jobs. Karen went above and beyond. My apartment was spotless in 2 hours and she was one of the hardest working ppl I have ever met. Highly recommend and will hire her again!

I'm in contracting and sometimes things get stacked up on me and I have to call in some help for the cleanup , and before I can even finish the phone call she's there ready to get elbows deep in her cleaning cart she is dependable, trustworthy, and by far one of the best with priçing I would recommend her any day and guarantee the same satisfaction that I get!

It was poor communication that made my experience bad. I was told one thing and then charged more. Communication goes a long way and it wouldn't of been a problem if she would of resolved it in a better way. Her cleaning is great, it is just the Communication and unprofessionalism when there was a problem.

So great to come home to a clean and clean smelling house. The baseboards look like new and every surface is shining clean! I intend to continue this service for regular house cleaning.

Melanie did a fantastic job on the deep clean of my apartment. The walls, doors, baseboards, fans were wiped clean, and the floors were mopped. The tub was night and day difference.
