Melanie does a great job! House smells so good after she has been there!

It was poor communication that made my experience bad. I was told one thing and then charged more. Communication goes a long way and it wouldn't of been a problem if she would of resolved it in a better way. Her cleaning is great, it is just the Communication and unprofessionalism when there was a problem.

So great to come home to a clean and clean smelling house. The baseboards look like new and every surface is shining clean! I intend to continue this service for regular house cleaning.

Melanie did a fantastic job on the deep clean of my apartment. The walls, doors, baseboards, fans were wiped clean, and the floors were mopped. The tub was night and day difference.

Not only has the house looked better but she also makes it smell better & leaves little details to a room that is very appealing, like folded throws on the edge of the bed. She has been a breath of fresh air & has helped my mom so much since losing my dad! I am so very grateful that the house being clean is not something else my mom has to worry about.

I’m giving her 1 star I hired her to clean up a home that was beyond filthy from the last person who moved out a house I’m renting through, I work 7days long hours I didn’t have time, When booking her everything seemed great 03/30/25 2 weeks later I finally moved in I’m missing things I brought for my home 3 out of 4 my plug in guess she had something different and took it upon herself to switch 2 of my plug in with something different and a stank air freshener I would never buy and this house is half damn cleaned I wiped up something off the floor with paper towel, paper towel looked like floor hasn’t been mopped in months!!! 300$ for 4 hours the picture she sent at the time was very misleading I’m very p… off I’m so sick of these private people using us but want support now I’m cleaning everything all over again guess that’s what I get 2 each it’s own but never again she didn’t say she was using my cleaning supplies or anything never TF again

We booked Melanie for a one time deep clean for our 4 bedroom 2 bath home. She worked very hard and left our home looking beautiful! Thank you and I will definitely be reaching out to her in the future!

Melanie was a lot of help while my mother was in the hospital. She was very flexible and added hours when needed. She keeps my parent's home extremely clean. She is on time and efficient.

OMG to anyone needing your hours cleaned, this is the way to go. Me and my wife were looking to get our house cleaned, but we didn’t want to pay too much. We loved having her here, she was great with the kids, she made us laugh, and she also just did a amazing job cleaning at an affordable price. A year ago we did some big name business, and they didn’t do as good as her. I completely recommend her, and I’m not joking when I say she did AMAZING!!! Honestly saying it was perfect would be an understatement, and I’m so happy, can’t wait till next time.

I first spoke with Melanie on 10/11 then we started texting. She made an offer and I accepted and we scheduled a cleaning for Fri, 10/13 at 7:30. She never showed up and wasn't responding to calls or texts. Finally, after I told her I was going to leave a bad review, she texted and said that she had had an allergic reaction while cleaning a house on Thurs, and was going to the doctor to get a shot. We rescheduled for Sat, 10/14 at 9 am, but she never showed. I have sent several texts and left several voicemails but as of today, Sunday, I have not heard from her. This was very unprofessional, irresponsible and discourteous!! I guess she doesn't care about reviews because when I said I would post a bad review after the first no-show, her comment was just "go ahead". I would never recommend her to anyone!!

I give Melanie a 10 out if 5 stars! I honestly walked through my house after she left and thought “why have I never thought of that”.
She did a deep clean and some organizing for me last week and I could not believe how much she accomplished. She said I had her for 4 hours, but she stayed about 5.5 hours and did not charge me a penny more and didn’t even realize how long she had been here, because SHE wasn’t through. AND she brought me little gifts, what? I went in my bathroom and all my cosmetics were organized and clean. She just happened to have an organizer with her!
I just moved and need tons of organizing because I am in a much smaller place. She is coming again tomorrow to help and even went ahead and bought organizing stuff.
She’s amazing! I’ve already shared her contact with other friends!
I know I will be glad to see her every Friday!

Mel did a great job on very short notice. She was polite, professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. I am more than pleased with the experience. When I need cleaning services again, Melanie's will be the first call I make.

Melanie is incredible! I reached out to her in an emergency situation and she arrived within a couple hours, keeping me updated all along the way.

She went above and beyond (like, seriously - stuff no one should ever have to do) but she did it with vigor, determination, and kindness. We shared similar stories and circumstances that led to this job and I just appreciated her so much. She even did a few loads of laundry without hesitation.
