We just had the invisible dog fence installed, in January of 2022, on our acre property for our beagle puppy. This is a very professional service, works well and best part is the company calls you back in a timely manner. So far so good. The puppy has learned very quickly even before they trained her. They will also come out and help train your dog with the fence. Thank you for your service.

This has been the best fence for our dogs. We never worry about them out in the yard. They stay in the area and know exactly where they are allowed, even when the neighbors dogs are trying to get them to leave. I would recommend this to anyone.

very good system, collar reciever and buried wire boundry works very well for us. Dog Watch is very resposive to problems we have at times, line breakage , collar battery etc. Good system good service !

Our golden retriever learned very quickly that there were “lines” he couldn’t cross without being reminded where the limits are. He learned it so well, that now I can’t get him to leave the yard even without his collar.
We’ve been very happy with DogWatch. The time when the line was broken when a neighbor was taking some trees down. The person from DogWatch came out quickly and fixed it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to keep animals in an enclosed area. They are professional, super easy to deal with, and very affordable. They are very prompt in resolving any issues or training questions. Jonathan goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and that his product works as advertised.

We live in the country with a lot of surrounding property, and I honestly did not think they could keep my beagle inside the invisible fence as he likes to run and hunt all the time. Upon expressing my concerns to Jonathan, he assured me that he could contain him if we would just give them 30 days. The beagle did break out of the fence a few times in the first two weeks, but Jonathan immediately would send someone out to work with our dog until he found something that would work. Now, the beagle doesn’t even attempt to try to get out of the fencing.

Jonathan always answers my phone calls or texts at any time day or night and even weekends and always wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied. The technicians/dog trainers that came out to our house were always professional and made sure to address and resolve any concerns. Jonathan would even check in on us to make sure everything was going good with the beagle.

They even respond months after installation. One Saturday late in the afternoon, we noticed that our transmitter was beeping continuously and the fence did not appear to be working. I texted Jonathan, and he had someone to our house within an hour as he didn’t want our animals getting out of the fence. The technician found where we had accidentally cut the wire in half and had it fixed within an hour.

I highly recommend this company. I honestly never write reviews, but this company is top notch and very reliable and honest.

DogWatch did a great job! They were quick to respond via email and turn around time to complete the installation was very fast. I was not home when the installation was completed, but they kept me up-to-date with the progress of the installation. The technician did a great job and I couldn’t even tell where the wire was installed. You can tell that this company and its employees are professionals.

The technician was thorough with explaining to us the system and showed us how to train our 3 dogs to understand the boundary. In addition, they stayed true to their original quote which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using DogWatch!!
