Update for another fantastic job! We've been dealing with these ugly red 'mystery' stains for years. Infinity Carpet & Rugs completely amazed me today by easily removing those dreadful red stains (probably from Kool-Aid). The picture doesn’t capture how much of an eyesore it was! I had my carpets cleaned by a different company before, and they didn’t offer any solutions, claiming nothing could be done. But Infinity Carpet & Rugs said, 'Hey y'all, WATCH THIS!!!' and truly impressed me. They've cleaned my carpets twice now, and I won't go anywhere else!

My carpets weren't looking quite as clean as I had hoped, so I suggested he add some water and extract again to see if the water would come out less dark. I noticed the water he collected was quite dark. I spoke with Howard, and he kindly allowed the technician to touch up the edges of my room where there was a bit of discoloration.
