Dishonest, unprofessional, & unreliable. This company should NOT be allowed to clean ANYTHING, let alone someone's air ducts. I contracted this company to clean, sanitize my air ducts and encapsulate air supply plenum.
They came out and began work, which led to questions regarding the apparatus they were using, because as it turned out that machine is ineffective at cleaning ducts thoroughly. There's no doubt in my mind they know this, but yet still are in business messing over customers.

I ended up having a register damaged, that was rigged to stay in place long enough for them to leave. Along with debris still in my ducts, and a air supply plenum that was not cleaned but encapsulated. After a few days a mold smell returned, and I reached out to Eli (owner) to get this situation resolved. While awaiting his response, I contacted On-Time Heating & Cooling to inspect my ducts that Advance Air Care Solutions were supposed to had cleaned. Only to be shown debris and mold still in my duct work. At this point, I requested a refund of the $1000 I paid them. Which they returned $700. After that I contracted The Duct Doctor to do what I paid Advanced Air Care Solutions to do. They found a ton of debris and mold, which you can see from the attached photos. After getting my report from them, I sent to Eli and company and requested a full refund rather than partial. Because they had not cleaned anything, they only messed up registers in my drop-ceilings and encapsulated over mold rather than clean the mold then encapsulate the supply and trunk. They did a TERRIBLE job. And if you are considering doing business with them RUN. They are not fit for business, let alone existence. See the attached photos, as they offer proof of their negligence and lies.
I sent them these photos, only to be told that I should request a refund from The Duct Doctor; the company that cleaned up their mess. I received a very incoherent, unconscionable, dismissive email from Marlene Belcher (who I assume is the office manager).
DO NOT contract this company for ANYTHING, especially NOT duct cleaning. They are rude, and they don't stand behind their shabby work. Run away from anyone associated with this company.

1-1-2025: They attached the email they sent to me, as if it were a smoking gun to something other than their negligence. But thank you VERY much. You only put your level of incompetence on display. How can pictures days AFTER your supposed cleaning show debris? There's only one way; you DIDN'T cleaning anything. The debris wasn't white because it was still in the ducts where you left it. And because the supply was coated over mold it came off easily when cleaned properly. And the 3rd party company you mention has a stellar reputation. I will forward them your reply. And they can decide if they want to pursue a defamation claim against you. They have the photos, as well as video they took prior to cleaning my ducts. Thanks for this, I REALLY appreciate it!

We had a complex HVAC repair at a local business and the team at RJ Mechanical was fantastic. Joey and Taylor encountered all sorts of obstacles with our 36 year old air handler but stuck with us until it was done! Several other local companies were unwilling to take on the challenge or were much more expensive.

Called RJ mechanical services after my air conditioner was diagnosed by another company not to be repairable. Showed up was ready to take the compressor out and install the new system. Noticed a wire pulled off of the compressor from the air conditioning company that diagnosed no good. Replaced. the wire check the system out and told me the system was fine and did not need replaced. Saved me $6000. very happy that he is honest

I’ve had numerous a/c companies check our unit over the past 3 years. Most said they didn’t know & a few wanted to replace the unit.

W.C. Wright diagnosed it right off & repaired it quickly for cheap. Highly recommend!!!!

They installed two HVAC units at my house. I received several estimates that all varied in design and pricing. When this happens, the buyer needs to know the reasoning behind the recommendations. WCW was the only company who really explained their recommendation. The others seemed to not want to have to bother with that step - almost a take it or leave it mentality.

They came out the same day within a few hours! This is after having my residential HVAC unit down so I couldn’t afford to keep it down. They also fixed it while on site! Very thankful for them

The manager Ben was so nice and quick to respond and communicate as well honest. Alex and Jordan did the installation they were on time and immediately started even with a lot that needed to be moved around that I didn’t have time to before they got there to even get to the furnace!! They worked ALL DAY even built something around the outside unit so it was level which just that alone was a task! So polite and explained everything after finishing the job. Left everything clean. Beyond satisfied with communication politeness as well job well done!! Would HIGHLY recommend Sentry and will be using them again for more work that needs to be done with AC unit and duct work closer to summer. Pricing was great compared to other companies!

Been using Sentry for 15 years and very pleased with their service. Recently had new air units installed, Jamie and JT were the installers. Absolutely two of the hardest working installers I’ve seen. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to any question or concerns I had. I never felt uncomfortable asking either of them a question, very customer conscience. They also were careful not to damage our home, took necessary precautions to protect our carpets and such. Really nice guys, welcome in our home any time.

Very professional, friendly, talented plumbers that are not only expert plumbers, but also have the strength to do heavy lifting associated with a gas water heater installation in the attic! Could not have asked for a better experienced crew and a quick delivery and installation. Highly recommended and would certainly use Sentry again. Brandon installed the water line for our new refrigerator. He did a great job, talked through what he planned to do, took plenty of photos under the house, and set up a convenient shut-off. I’ve been using Sentry for more than 15 years and am always happy with their high-quality work.

Jonathan and Sentry were amazing and managed to replace our water heater in only about 8 hours between the time he arrived and the replacement was done. I thought it would take days to schedule the job and get it done. Instead we had no days without hot water. Excellent work all around.

My experience with Sentry was nothing but positive! From initial estimate to install, everyone was kind, worked quick and efficiently. We had Butch help us pick out the system we needed and then Jamie and Jordan installed. They were all SO nice and it was a pleasure working with each of them.

The whole process was great. Other than spending the money! Justin made the diagnosis Ben made the sale Jamey, Alex and Austin installed the unit and Loren did some follow up work. There was not a slacker in the bunch. Jamie, Alex and Austin worked all day and into the night to make sure that we had air conditioning before the holidays. Loren was able to figure out and spent a lot of time fixing our second air conditioner right after the holidays I would give them all five stars. all were extremely pleasant to work with and Personable.
