Was a wonderful experience from the phone call to set up appointment to the service being completed. Needed kitchen sink cleaned out made appointment for next day few hours later got a call that could actually do it same day. Now I know that's not the norm but was great didn't have to take another day off. Dylan and the other tech was great sorry didn't get his name. Also greatest name for a plumbing company.

The folks at Schitt's were super-easy to work with, hands-down. Josh & Carter were quick with their work and did a professional job, clearly explaining everything along the way. My OCD thanks them for "correctly" re-doing the plumbing going to/from the water heaters in the house; I've regained some storage usability of the "utility closet" thanks to their fine work.

Really quick response: the specialist came in 40 minutes after the phone call. The specialist was quick to identify the leak and thorough to preserve the landscaping. The water problem was resolved in less than an hour.

Needed some more work done at the home. They did a great job installing replacement toilets several months ago. Now, I was going to install a dishwasher, simple enough. But found some plumbing surprises as I was working, bad valves and the main line stop valve were all not closing completely. Plus the sink needed a new faucet and the hardware was rusted tight. The plumber Trevor did such an outstanding job getting all those fixed/replaced and I was able to install the dishwasher. I will call again for any other plumbing jobs I will need in the future. Thank you again for doing quality work.

Found and repaired leak under home. Tech was very professional, timely and courteous. Unsure about pricing but did receive a separate charge for $299 just to go under the home. Wasn't sure why a plumbing company would charge extra to go where the plumbing is.

They were very knowlegeable, courteous and helpful. Came out the same day I called and got everything done in a timely manner. Probably will use them again.

Daylon was very knowledgeable and professional. They made it out quickly and worked with our hectic schedule and even accommodated a quick reschedule and were flexible with us. He was even very considerate of the fact we had a sick sleeping baby and took care to not be loud and wake her up.

Our call was taken by concerned and understanding individual. The repairman was here prior to expectations and was very knowledgeable and polite. Repairs were done quickly and professionally by current code. I highly recommended this team of professionals.

The guy that came out was nice and he fixed our issue. However, while working on it, he broke a pipe and we had to pay for a replacement pipe as well as his time to fix it. We feel like we got ripped off. My husband could have repaired the issue himself (without breaking another pipe), but due to our busy schedules, we chose to have someone else come and do it. We can’t use you guys anymore because we are worried you will break something just to make money from fixing it.

The service from Schitt's was great. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have. They had to "chase" the problem we had but they stayed with it and got it fixed. Courteous and knowledgeable people to work with!

This review is for my sister that lives in Prattville. Schitt's Plumbing was recommended to us by Kevin Jones. The Technician that came was on time. He solved and fixed all the plumbing issues. My sister said they did a great job and she was very impressed. One particular issue caused the yard to be dug up. She really appreciated that they put the dirt and grass back so that you did not realize it had been dug up. Excellent Job!!

Loved working with this company!!! They were prompt on getting someone out to my home, inspected the issue and had very good communication. Love that they even send a picture of the technician coming to your home so you know who you’re looking for when they arrive. They are wonderful to work with and would even go as far to say they are the Schitt.
