This place is completely dishonest.
I brought in my vacuum cleaner thinking it had a mechanical issue. Instead of doing the right thing and actually checking something basic, they claimed it needed a motor replacement and charged me $105.
Come to find out later—there was NOTHING wrong with the vacuum. It was a simple button setting (floor vs. carpet) that controls whether the roller spins. That’s it. No broken motor. No repair needed.
So either they don’t know what they’re doing, or they knowingly charged me for work that wasn’t necessary. Either way, that’s unacceptable. AND NO THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE MOTER ………
They did a quick “inspection,” called me the next day with a bill, and never once explained the real issue. No transparency. No honesty. Just took my money.
I trusted them, and I feel completely taken advantage of.
If you value your time and money, take your appliances somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
