This company is a breeze to work with. Ordering our fan on the Home Depot website, we chose tech support & was contacted by Dan the very next day to schedule installation. Installation was handled in a highly professional manner - timely, quality work (& with a smile as well).

Dave at Tesla played an integral part with getting our new facility launched in October. They worked tirelessly to procure the tech make sure everything was installed and working properly in all of our offices and common areas on all 4 floors. Loved working with them and will definitely use them again in the future on our next project.

Tesla, was and is very responsive. I called and spoke with Dan and explained the the situation that I was in, due to last minute changes. Dan assured me, that they could do the job in the time frame that was needed. Dan was onsite the same day for a site visit, and they started the work on Monday. The job was finished ahead of time and below the estimated budget. Professionalism from start to finish. Tesla has become my go to for anything electrical. Thanks Dan. HDL Engineering Consultants.

Hired them to install two outdoor outlets directly adjacent to the breaker box. The work was first rate, the technician fast and professional. The tech called as he prepared to drive to my location and from that call until I called to verify the job was done was less than 2 hours. However the bill presented several days later was for 3.5 hours labor. The explanation was the hours were required to go shopping for the parts required for the job. They charged me more than full retail price for the parts as well as nearly double the labor for the job. $838.70 was the total charged to install two outdoor outlets. I recommend against doing business with them. Attempts to negotiate the labor fee were fruitless with Dan at Tesla Electric.

Tesla was great to work with. Sarkis came by, assessed the situation and gave me a great quote- and quickly arranged the work. The electrician was friendly, efficient and took an electrical mess from an old house and turned it into an organized, clean system. I am super happy with their work and their customer service!!

I had an emergency with a septic pipe that needed to be lined. Rock with NuFlow was not only professional but communicated effectively while I happened to be out of state. They got the Job done in the time they stated with only minor impact to my commercial building. They will be my first call if I need pipe lining in the future.

I had 2 houses with garage floor drains that were cast iron and totally rusted out and leaking sewer gas. Rock and his crew came out and inspected the job, came up with a plan and back up plan, gave me a quote and got on the job right away. Rock stayed in contact with me every day and gave me progress reports and updates. They relined the two drains, connected
to the sewer line, installed new floor drains, back filled the holes and poured new concrete. The crew was very professional and on time when they said they would arrive, they did. Not often I get to see a company pay such close attention to detail and to keep the customer well informed from start to finish. The job was completed within the time frame that was estimated. The job sites were cleaned up after the work was completed. I would without a doubt call Rock and the folks at NuFlow Alaska again if I need such work done.

We were so impressed with the recent work the crew from NuFlow did on our home. We have 40 year home that had clogged drains on the second story patio and leaking through the ceiling and walls of the garage. Our house is very complex with lots of concrete and unusual, old plumbing. We had a general contractor who tried to fix it but ultimately referred us to NuFlow. The supervisor, Rock was so professional and walked us through the process needed for the repair. He scheduled the work promptly due to the winter fast approaching. We were traveling when most of the work was done. Rock kept us informed through texts, calls and photos. When we returned the job was complete including repairing drywall and painting along with all the clean-up. They were meticulous from beginning to end. We had amazing service and could not be more pleased.

We had 2 other drain contractors come out to fix our problem with a broken drain from the garage. The 1st contractor couldn't fix it. The second, also a drain re-liner couldn't do it and wanted to have another company saw and remove the concrete so they could put in a new drain pipe. Rock, from Nu Flow, came out and gave me a bid that was much better than the other companies. His confidence and professionalism was readily apparent. Within a day or two, he and his crew came out and made the repairs. They were definitely the professionals in that business. All were knowledgeable of what they were doing and worked as a well organized team. I'm really glad I was able to find them.
My only regret is that they weren't listed when I searched for drain cleaners and repair companies. It would have saved me much frustration. Really glad they came out. Oh yeah, they also gave a 10 year warranty on the pipe relining.

I felt compelled to leave a review for Nu Flow Alaska, LLC. I am having an issue with a stand pipe stoppage. From my first Nu Flow phone contact with Chante, it was very clear that quality customer service is a fundamental element of their organization. Chante immediately put me at ease and put a smile on my face, with her kind demeanor. The next time I spoke to her, she remembered me, which always feels nice! She was so personable and I appreciated the way she let me know what to expect in the process.
And then, there’s Rock! He was still working on a job, but took a moment to reach out to me to connect. I could tell by background noise that he was busy, but he made me feel like my needs were his primary concern. He really listened to me as I described the problem. This man was so honest and told me that I might benefit from a diagnostic consultation from another company before utilizing Nu Flow’s services. He was not just out to make a buck. He provided recommendations in a very non-biased manner and never tried to rush me off the phone. After speaking with him, it was agreed that services with Nu Flow Alaska might be premature. To my surprise, Rock called me the next day to ensure I was able to find a contractor to diagnose the problem. You just don’t find that kind of customer service anymore! I felt genuinely cared about. He encouraged me to reach out if I have any further needs. I did not get to experience their craftsmanship, but if it’s half as good as their customer service then I know it will be phenomenal! Just based on the positive interactions with Chante and Rick, I would absolutely recommend Nu Flow’s Alaska and will not hesitate to reach out to them for future needs! They are a first class company!

They deserve 10 stars!!! The first vendor over charged and didn't fix the problem. I contacted NU Flow Alaska and their customer service was top tier from beginning to end! Great communication, on time, reliable and HONEST!!!! Their whole team is AMAZING!!!

I can’t say enough great things about NuFlow! From start to finish the experience was outstanding. I called a few other companies first, but once I spoke with Rock, the decision was easy. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything, no pressure, no confusion.
On top of that, their pricing beat everyone else!... Professional, honest, and efficient they are exactly what you want when dealing with pipe and sewer issues.
I would recommend NuFlow 100 times over. If you need ANY pipe repair, don’t waste time calling around these are your guys, they are the only ones I will use for my home and business going forward!

The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

Great Business! I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. Quick service, professional people, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!! Will keep their information handy for future home-repair projects. Thanks, guys!
