I have just completed rewiring my fishing boat. I had used Polar Wire products on another boat project 10 years ago and found the wire totally superior to other products. For this project, I called and talked to Cristin who helped me order a dozen custom cables. I was amazed at the quality of the cables and the connectors. Cristin was awesome to work with and I'd recommend Polar Wire to anyone looking for high quality wire at great prices. Below are my before and after pictures.

No one answered phone, left messages and no return call. I drove to location and one person was in the office. She did not know anything about electrical or where everyone was. She did make a note of what i wanted but i still have not received a call back.

Northern Technology Solutions did a great job on the electrical reconfiguration of our home during a major remodel. In addition to the new electrical work they corrected a number of issues with preexisting wiring for both power and cable runs. They worked well with the other contractors on the job and all the new fixtures and switches they installed look and function great. They also installed a home theater system that we are thrilled with. They came up with innovative ways to place the equipment, both for the home theater systems and existing TVs, that resulted in a very nice looking and clean install. The best part of the entire project is the ability to call them for technical support after the work was done. They respond very promptly and work thru any issues even thou most of the issues have been related to our getting used to and understanding new technology, aka operator error. Would be willing to use them again and highly recommend them for routine electrical work, upgrades to existing cable TV setups as well as home theaters and automation.

There are not enough stars to sufficiently rate the service provided by NTS Alaska and Jaimey Sapp. We love our new Savant Smart Home system. We started out with cameras, added the sound system, went on to encorporate thermostats, and can not now imagine life without our new programmable lighting system and programmable shades! The NTS crew did an excellent job with the installation and never left us with a mess to clean up. The Savant products are amazing and NTS is a master at the installation and training. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional quality electrical and smart home installation!

I had a small quick project where I needed 2 thermostats replaced. But it was important that I get this done quickly, as my mother is in the hospital, and she will need to convalesce at my home, and we will need to be able to manage the temperature without struggling with our outdated system which would was difficult to modulate. The entire process, from initial contact to finish, was seamless. They scheduled a specific time for the job to be done and showed up on time - and texted reminders and updates. It turned out I had purchased the incorrect parts - no problem. Kai, the electrician, ran to purchase the appropriate parts in no time. He was fast, efficient, friendly, clean, thorough - I really couldn't have asked for a better job. He went above and beyond, in my opinion. The thermostats are working great. It's times like this - having a sick family member, when all the tasks we have to complete add up and having a company step up really means something more. I am very thankful for their professionalism, great job, and fair pricing. Call them.

Excellent service and communication throughout the entire diagnoses and fixing of the electrical issues in my home. The Alaskan Electricians was the only company that was able to come same day when I saw sparking in my outlets after my brother “fixed” them while putting in back splash. The gentleman came in was very professional, and was able to get everything back to working order after about 30 minutes! Highly recommend and will be using this company for any future electrical needs.
