If you are looking for a business that does top tier work, with integrity, you've found it. CMC is a company of highly skilled workers with decades of experience. The team is clearly well lead and communicates exceptionally well. The only thing Tim builds better than houses is his team!
The day we received keys to our home we discovered a broken pipe. New to Alaska, we weren't sure who to call but multiple businesses pointed us to CMC.
I'm disabled and have treatments and nurses coming and going through out the week.
CMC was professional and courteous despite my needing to work around unique needs.
I was personally struck by Renee's incredible work and attention to detail. I don't believe I have ever met someone with a stronger work ethic.
CMC also communicated spectacularly with our insurance and came highly recommended by the adjuster. Not only did we find that the estimate was accurate, it was fair and manageable. Our insurance had no qualms. The team also ensured that their work well surpassed the quality of the area prior to the damage. Leaving it well finished, safe and beautiful. They took into account the smallest detail.
Just know that if you want the highest quality work, done with skill, kindness and integrity your search is over.Our home is now even better than it was before the leak!
