I had a great experience working with Aurora Flooring in Anchorage, and a big part of that was thanks to Frida in sales . She was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and stayed on top of everything from start to finish.
What really stood out was her follow-through. She researched and found the product I needed and called me back.When there was an issue with my order, Frida didn’t let it sit—she called me back promptly, took ownership of the situation, and made sure it was handled quickly . That kind of customer service is hard to find and makes a huge difference.
Frida went above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of service she provides. Because of her, I would absolutely recommend Aurora Flooring to anyone in the Anchorage area.
