Definitely DONT recommend. Ever since we signed up and gave our deposit, they never showed and had about every excuse in the book. We wish it would be a better experience but it is definitely not.

We are now wrapping up another successful project with Be Happy. I’ve hired them over the years for both landscaping and emergency construction needs at different homes. Michael leads the landscaping team with professionalism, competence, reliable communication, and reasonable pricing. Jacob has gradually built this excellent business, offering many services and hiring courteous and performance minded employees from the office out to all the teams. Thanks again!

We have used Bee Happy for several years on many projects. Always top quality work. They are quite well known now so book your work early as they fill up and only take on work they know they can accomplish with the best quality.

We have been using this 5-Star company consistently since they started. As of this past week, we had them transform a large part of our backyard from being unusable to a breathtaking forest retreat. They worked on the design, client communication, cutting trees, stump removal, retaining wall, topsoil, gravel and mulch installations including final lawn restoration after the project. All of the crews worked very hard and tirelessly every day for about a month to provide the new backyard which is truly amazing! They also performed fence and deck work to further our beautification project. We recommend this company for all of your project needs without hesitation.

Be Happy Property Service in Anchorage AK is a dishonest company. My realtor received quote to install 4 CO/smoke detectors, 7 GFCI outlets and fix a minor leak in copper pipe in crawlspace. I reside in Georgia and was selling my deceased fathers townhouse there and relied heavily on my realtor to help me find a company to make the requested VA repairs. We were quoted approximately $500 in parts and labor and told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete with the first hour being $185 and $125 after. Realtor forwarded the invoice to me today and I was gob smacked. The bill came to $1085.40 with 4 1/2 hour labor charge. Parts were $426.37 and $659.07 in labor. Realtor called Be Happy back about the amount and spoke to accountant and said accountant was not happy that we had been quoted a time, parts, or repair cost estimate. Realtor stated she will never use Be Happy Property Services ever again.

I have used Be Happy for almost 3 years now. Whether they are plowing my driveway or doing yardwork they have all ways gone above and beyond to take care of both of my small properties. They do excellent work and I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

High recommend these guys. Stand behind their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Very knowledgeable. Will be calling them again for all my projects. Tim and Josh are the best!

Tim was amazing, if he’s running late he’ll call you in advance and not have you wait. Very responsive workers and they show you what issues you’re having to ensure your getting the work done that you need. James was very professional and took his time and didn’t rush through any of the projects I had for them. I would 100% recommended Be Happy to anyone!

I used AK Landscaping for about 15 years. They always did a great job. I was bummed when the owner sold his business to Be Happy. When I learned they have at least two of the same guys on the crew I was thrilled. So…Be Happy made this customer very happy! Shout out to Joe. He has been working on my front and back yard for many years and always does a great job. The other two guys with him were also very good. Thanks Joe, Jake & crew!!

SCAM ALERT!!! Everyone should doubt the validity of positive reviews for this company. They have NEVER done any work for us ever, never called for any estimates, nothing at all, yet they have been repeatedly hounding my email for a review for months now. This scam works because many people are like my father and will just assume they forgot the name of the company they hired, or think that the company recently changed their name rather than look into if any work was actually done by THIS company, and not another one. I cannot judge the work of this company, yet they spam my email looking for a review, ALL prospective customers need to make sure you take all positive reviews with a grain of salt, question their validity. Lists of email addresses can be cheaply bought off the internet, false reviews that boost sales will more than cover that cost back to them.

Response to the business's claim that my email "somehow got into their system" yeah, like I said before you bought a list off the internet...because it's rather weird that you are claiming your system would have just an email and no physical address yet your system would send out multiple requests for reviews for work without more data in your system. HOW would my email get into your system other than by being added?? Nice attempt at trying to deflect blame onto your computer system but that doesn't explain how my email got into your system without any interaction with me at all. How many elderly have falsely given you reviews they intended for another company? And if you'll stoop low enough to get random emails off the internet, what else nefarious are you up to? Have you purchased your positive reviews off one of the many sites that offer that service? "Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus" It is rare that only one unscrupulous act is utilized when people have opted to use deceit, especially in business.

Had a great experience working with the Be Happy crew. The employees were professional and friendly and the work they did was Excellent.

I'm very thankful for how responsive Be Happy is, owning a property and living out of town can be stressful. Having this resource is very valuable. Even if they can't take on the job, the referrals they have made always get the job done.

Be Happy was highly recommended by a friend of mine who loved their work. I primarily dealt with Mike, who always answered the phone or called me back immediately. During my project there were changes that needed to be made, based on my HOA that I was unaware of. Mike had his guys there and changed what I needed and they were quick. Their customer service is none like I’ve ever experienced. They were incredibly fast, professional and very friendly. Their prices were better than other companies we looked into. I have more projects for next year and Be Happy is the company I will be using. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work and their staff.

A huge thank you to Eric and Ernie from Be Happy for helping me replace my leaking sink! I was very impressed with how quick and easy they made it. I will definitely be a returning customer for all my home improvement projects!

We hired Be Happy Property Services this summer, to clear out & level two LARGE areas of our property and install sod to connect our yard from 1 side to the other, clear out an area under our deck and put in a 16’x4’ concrete pad, remove hedges, dig out an extensive area behind our retaining wall, fill it and plant ground cover, in addition to other odds & ends that we added to the project. After we received our initial bid, I was advised the project mgr was no longer with BHPS. Nervous about moving forward, a meeting was set up right away with the owner Jacob, and a different project manager, Josh. From that meeting on, I knew I was in good hands, with excellent communication, a clear understanding for the scope of our project, and a dedication to respect the initial bid as much as possible. Then along came Maxx to manage our project. Talk about hardworking, a professional attitude, and solid communication! Maxx was there in the mix, every day, making sure I was happy with the work and that they were doing exactly what I wanted. We are in love with our landscaping this summer!! I would absolutely recommend Be Happy Property Services for your landscaping projects.

Ernie and his crew replaced the roof on our shed. The did a fantastic job and completed the project in one day and they made sure to clean up the area after themselves! I will call Be Happy Property Services again in the future!

Jake and his team at Be Happy have been extremely valuable to us. We have several properties in Anchorage and his crews get our yard care, driveways, walkways, decks and roofs cleared of snow in a timely and efficient manner every time. We love Be Happy and plan to continue to use them into the future.

I met with Be Happy, in Mid-July to discuss my plan to replace an existing retaining wall; which will also serve as a planter areas with steps for better access between levels. Do to my schedule I asked that the project happen in September. The project/retaining wall with planers was complete under challenging weather conditions. The complete retaining wall and planter areas with steps was all I wanted.

I've used BeHappy Property Services for my summer lawn care for several years now. They do a great job! I haven't had any issues, the price is very reasonable, and my lawn looks amazing. Highly recommend!
