You can tell more about what a company is like when something goes wrong than when it goes right. In our case the fault was Long Family Electric's. They admitted it with no excuses or hesitancy. They quickly made it right. No one is perfect, perhaps me less than most, so I will take a company that provides customer service like Long Family Electric every time.

Rob and Alfie were great! On time, professional and did beautiful work. I had them install 4 fixtures, take out and cap 3 and run cat 5 to a new addition. I'll be using them for my electrical needs in the future.

I would definitely recommend long family Electric. They're clean, honest and professional.
David helped me install a 3-phase converter for my ice cream stand. It saved me tons of money as opposed to having the utility company come out and bring in 3-phase service. I must confess I typically try to do a lot of things myself, but sometimes it's nice to just let somebody do what they do so you can do what you do(not to mention we're talking about high-voltage electricity and very expensive equipment). David is a master of his craft and a methodical perfectionist. Definitely worth the money! By the time I realized how much time everything took me to figure out and finish I concluded I was losing money and peace of mind.

I have a rental that had a small electrical issue. I called David @ Long Family Electric in part because his website says no job too small. David coordinated a time with my renters. Unfortunately there were two issues and my renter only mentioned one when he got there. He fixed the issue and left and I paid him for his work- a fair price. Next day he received a call from the renters again as the second problem arose. He called me and we went over and found the issue together. Even though it was no fault of his that both issues weren't taken care of the first time, he did not charge me for a second call out. I consider that more than fair and obviously honest. Both problems were addressed timely and correctly. I will absolutely use him in the future.

Accommodating with my schedule. David was very receptive and helpful. He was able to replace my outdoor porch light, walked me through the light settings and he fixed two light switches inside the house that were faulty. Pricing is very fair and he gave me a military discount. Will be my go to buisness for any future electrical needs.

Although I have not had a need for electrical services, I recently met David Long and instantly felt that he is committed to serving his clients with their best interest in mind and is passionate about performing at the highest level with professionalism. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Whenever you call, they are always extremely friendly and professional. If for some reason they can’t get to the phone or need to call you back, they always call back exactly when they say they will. I’ve had them out to my property multiple times, and used them as subcontractors for various other projects through work. If for some reason, they are going to be running a few minutes late, even as little as 15 minutes, they always give me a call, at least an hour in advance and let me know. I have no problem referring them to anyone I know in need of any type of electrical work. Extremely professional, no complaints at all. Great company!

David took on our camper trailer electrical issue problem, even though he is a Commercial and Home electrician.

He made a “housecall” which allowed me to keep my camper leveled where it was (instead of towing to a repair yard.)

He did all the foot work necessary to find the part we needed AND didn’t charge us for all the time he had researching who carried the part.

He has a great Can Do attitude. Very pleasant to work with. He really went the extra mile to solve our electrical issue!

Rick, David and Robert were so great to work with. I needed multiple things installed outside of my house before winter and Rick was great working me in. David came out and made sure of everything I needed done for the estimate. Robert came in to do the work and kept me informed every step of the way to make sure I was happy. Also he was really patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you may need.
