I had the best experience with Courtesy Flush! I called them at 11 am, one of their workers was at my house by 11:15! My problem was bigger than we thought, but he didn’t give up! And it was fixed by 1:45 pm! So thankful!

If your new to Alaska and to being a Homeowner like me these are the people for you. Great prices Friendly Service, and very quick. I had a pipe break on my new home and Courtesy Flush fixed it the same day. I approve and recommend

HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY to hire. We attempted to install a dishwasher ourselves (we are pretty handy DIY’ers). Quickly realized that we were going to need additional work done. Called several Plummer’s in the area including some we had used before and weren’t impressed with. No one could come out the same day and we were dealing with a faulty shut off valve that was leaking continuously. We happened to come across COURTESY FLUSH and gave them a call expecting the same response as the others. To my surprise, Theo put us on his schedule later in the evening after an already full day of jobs! Communicated when he was on the way and was extremely professional when he arrived. He got the job done so we could get back to our normal routine, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his knowledge and work ethic. Not only that, we weren’t gouged with after hours charges either! We now have Theo & Courtesy Flush on speed dial for any of our future plumbing needs- and there will be many upcoming remodeling projects. So glad we found this company!!

I will give Theo, Courtesy Flush, 10 stars for his excellent work. We have well water issues for many years, we wanted to clean 2 600-gallon-water tanks desperately and to fix water pipeline. After 6 plumbers, I found Theo who was very courtesy and talked to me with big smile, willing to do the job. His attitude toward his costumers is not only professional but friendly. He worked hard without counting his time consumed for his work and very reasonable charges. I will tell my friends about him. Thanks Theo.

I could not have asked for any better service. Theo was quick to respond and take care of the problem (a burst pipe). He was also extremely pleasant to talk to, and my dog loves him now. Theo is fantastic. He was able to work right away, price is right, communication was perfect, and on time. He helped me with a clog drain form a rental unit and even mentioned a couple of items that were wrong with the property to take care. He also helped me with a detailed report I asked for. Just a wonderful experience.

Theo was absolutely wonderful to work with! We called a couple people in the area and they gave us two week minimum wait to come out. We called Theo and he came out that same day despite typical Alaskan weather, to look at and fix few leaky faucets we had, helped us order the parts that were needed and installed quickly a couple of days later. Very personable and professional and will be our go-to guy from now on. Works on the weekends and no after hour charges! 100% recommend to anyone living in the eagle river/chugiak area to use him!

Best darn plumber in the Anchorage area. Theo can fix any plumbing issue (had to use him a few times) answers the phone at 0800 on a Monday and comes out same day. Today he stayed until 8:40pm to make sure the job got done…all for a more than fair and honest price. Don’t call anyone else!

Courtesy Flush has amazing customer service! I will not hesitate to call Theo again for any and all of my plumbing needs. We called a few places and all had a minimum of a 3 week wait to even be seen. Theo offered to swing by our house in his way home from a job to help diagnose a mysterious noise coming from our pipes. When he came to fix our issue the next day he was quick and very friendly. His work is good an honest. Do yourself a favor and make Courtesy Flush your first call.

Theo came out to respond to our house when the bathtub wouldn't drain and poop water started filling up in the other bathroom's tub. Not only did he identify and fixed our problem, he listened to concerns we had about the property and got us connected with professionals to fix other issues. He really didn't have to, but he did and we are forever grateful. Theo is also very personable. After the work was done, we spent about an hour on our porch just chatting with him. He's THAT great of a guy.

Oh and price was really reasonable/cheap given all the amazing work he did to respond to our emergency. Highly recommend you call this company. They are hard working Alaskans with heart.

Theo had excellent customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable in kitchen repair and toilet repair services. I had an excellent experience with him and the price was extremely reasonable for the job and the work that he completed. I recommend Courtesy Flush Plumbing very highly you should not be disappointed with the service and performance they offer.
