I've had issues every winter for years with my garage door freezing shut after pulling my car in during the winter. The ice/snow on my car would thaw in my heated garage and run down to the door where it would refreeze. This also caused the concrete to break up under the door. Ben and his crew installed a trench drain inside the garage that catches the water before it gets to the door so the door won't freeze shut. A catch basin and sump pump sends the water outside. Previous contractors wanted to replace my garage floor and add a drain that would empty into my septic tank. Their solution would create a lot of work for me to empty my garage, and loss of the use of my garage for at least a couple of weeks - probably more due to removal of the old concrete, running the drain to my septic system, pouring the new floor, and allowing it time to cure. Then I would need to move all my stuff back into the garage. This would create an unnecessary and very large expense. The trench drain was a far more time (two days plus another day to cure the concrete) and cost effective (less than a third of previous estimates) solution. I also didn't have to remove all my stuff from the garage, just the stuff near the door where they had to work. I will use PGC's services again.

I'm super lucky to have Precision General Contractors as the installer of my hydronic heating systems. No problems so far with 1 year of usage. I hadn't experienced any leaks and unstable heat temperature through out the house. I appreciate the quality work you gave!!!
