The electrician Who came to the house was very punctual and very kind, Explained What work was going to be done, Was very kind to the pet dogs, And overall work was very efficient. John did a great job of listening to the problem we were having, diagnosing the problem and correcting the issue. Along the way, he very patiently explained what he was doing, responded to my questions, and helped me understand why the problem occurred. He verified that the outlets we had installed ourselves were correct and installed new outlets where needed while also updating the wiring for ease of future service. Outstanding!

The electrician was professional, polite, well organized, and hard working. He followed good safety protocols. He installed five overhead light fixtures standing on a ladder and replaced six worn-out outlets in less than two hours. He gladly worked with me serving as assistant, handing parts up to him on the ladder when they were needed. Well done!

Very happy with my install. I do wish they’d itemize their estimates. Estimator said it would take 3-4 hours but it only took 2. I paid the same price as was estimated. Hourly rate would have been nice to see.

I am writing to acknowledge our appreciation of the excellent service provided by your company in tracing down a broken electric line running from our front yard light post to the house. Normally not a difficult task, in this case it was complicated by aging infrastructure that was hastily erected immediately following the great quake of 1964. Your technician, working in brutal cold, eventually found the junction box which was not logically located. Though unable to repair the break due to frozen ground, he outlined what we needed to do come the thaw. So, kudos to him and your team.
