They were friendly and thorough! From the gentleman answering the phone and getting all my information, to Joe who came out to my house in -12°F weather after hours.So much sooner than expected and made sure my household didn't keep suffering in this Alaskan cold snap of negative weather!
I called Central Air and Heating a few days prior, the lady had a horrible attitude and made me feel insignificant. I am so happy Extreme Heating and Air was the one who came to our aid.

The technician knew exactly what was wrong with my boiler system within literally 60 seconds and had my repair completed in 30 minutes. A week prior, a different company spent over an hour at my house and couldn’t fix the issue. The technician was courteous, professional and punctual. I couldn’t ask for a better result.

My furnace had failed during the night, and when I woke up the next morning, the temperature in the house was less than 60°F. I called Extreme hating and they were able to send Kyle who went To work promptly. I was quite pleased with what he did and now I have heat. He was a very nice young man. he was so kind and polite and got the work done quickly.

Joe came out right away to make sure we have heat in this nasty weather. He was wonderful in diagnosing the problem and installing a new thermostat, done quickly and with good humor. Thank you so much for wonderful service.

Cody is the technician that came to our house today and was a pleasure to work with. Very kind and professional. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all our questions with patience. His attention to detail was impressive. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

They were the only company who could make it out today, and since it is Friday, that also means this week...it wasn't urgent enough to warrant paying weekend rates, yet there was a risk it could escalate and become a much bigger problem, so I was worried about waiting till next week. Diagnosed and solved my problem quickly, and handled another small unrelated issue as well while here. Both Robby the Tech and the person on the phone were courteous, efficient, and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Dealing with Extreme Heating & Air Inc. is always pleasant. They have wonderful , polite , and knowledgeable employees. Day after Memorial Day I called with a furnace issue and in a couple of hours I had a craftsman inspecting and repairing my furnace. Half an hour later we were up and running and costing very little for the completed job. They wear booties inside your home and text you in the beginning and end of the job to keep you informed. Amazing company…….

Matt did an awesome job diagnosing the problem to the Zone Duct Actuators not cycling like they are supposed to. The fan no longer dead heads into a closed duct greatly diminishing the noise. Not an inexpensive repair, but the right solution. Thanks as always!

Cody was very knowledgeable and thorough. He knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to correct it. I'm very grateful to Cody. He also checked our Taco Relay system. Great job!!

Annual maintenance for furnace & water heater - which EH installed in 2020.
I have been using EH for the past 7 years & for all of my heating & plumbing needs. Reliable, communication is great! They send reminder messages the day before & the day of service they text with a heads up the tech is enroute. They are amazing!

Super impressed with Extreme Heating and Air. We went overnight without heat, called the office at 7am when they opened and had someone out by 8am to check it out. Fixed and up and running by 9am. So grateful for the excellent customer service and quick response!

While my husband traveling for work and I was home alone with our two babes, a pipe on our boiler flooded an area in our basement. I called, very stressed, and was greeted by a kind and empathetic woman who quickly got me scheduled. Joe, our service tech, went above and beyond to make sure repairs were made quickly and to prevent the water from damaging the adjacent area again. All while being quiet while my kids napped. I always feel at ease with a service team like this on call when the inevitable husband traveling disaster strikes.

Robby was excellent. Service was to estimate repair options, and the repair will be almost partial boiler replacement to get me through winter. Happy with the quoted price. Gave great recommendations. Looking forward to when Extreme can come back and replace the part.

Extreme Heating has come out and handled some plumbing and heating issues that many other companies have not been able to fix. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone that I have worked with takes pride in their work and is very friendly. They will forever be my "go-to" for all plumbing and heating repairs. Thank you!

Extreme Heating & Air was easy to get ahold of, explained their process thoroughly, and gave one hour time windows for their arrival which is great as a busy parent with other schedules to juggle. The text reminders with the names of the techs that would be coming to my house made me feel informed and safe. The technicians were kind and professional, explaining things to me and quoting exact prices once my issue was diagnosed. I appreciated their know how and how quickly they resolved the problem we had with our garage heater. They were flexible with scheduling, giving me several days and times that I could choose from and arrived within their stated window both times they came out (for diagnosis and with parts). The Extreme team did an outstanding job responding to an emergency call and subsequently replacing my 52-old Peerless boiler. They were attentive, organized, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me up to date on timing and developments as the replacement progressed. My technician was Joe and he was awesome. I had completely forgotten about the unit that’s in the Garage and he happened to mention it to me and I was so grateful because like I said, I had forgotten about it and it did need a part so everything worked out awesome!! He looked at everything and was such a big help.
