Wow, Eagle River Heating and Mechanical really saved us when we had a pipe break in the ceiling and start flooding our house. They fit us in immediately, even though it was the evening and they would have been done for the day. They stopped the leak, replaced the section of pipe, removed the damaged ceiling and prepped it for repair, and explained what caused the problem and what to watch out for in the future. This was probably the fastest response time and most thorough resolution we’ve ever experienced for something like this; I can’t recommend this business highly enough.

Cordell went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend to anyone requiring service to their heating systems and he will 100% be our first call for future services.

Very very fast and efficient diagnosis. The heater motor went out and Corbin was able to diagnose the issue, get the parts, and install a new one within 3 hours from when I called him. Super fast and I would recommend anyone give these guys a call first.

Our heater went out in the middle of a cold spell. Everyone was pretty booked out. Cordell came by after hours and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. This is the 3rd time he has saved us on short notice in both our home and business and he has been professional every time. I cannot recommend him enough.

Had ER Heating/Mechanical give a long overdue maintenance/cleaning of my 1990s vintage Burnham gas-fired boiler for our hot water baseboard system. Also they replaced a much needed atmospheric vent (backflow preventer) and boiler pressure relief valve. They were both replaced with a single Combination Boiler Feed Valve & Backflow preventer. Also had them replace a automatic bleeder valve. They were very professional and tasks were explained what was being done in layman's terms.

I recommend them for anyone in the Eagle River area that needs a heating contractor to do work at your home.

They take great care of my clients and even took care of my own house when our furnace went out and got it fixed immediately during super cold winter temperatures. Cordell not only installed our new tankless heating system, he was able to repair and install some other plumbing issues we had. He did an amazing job and even worked over the weekend trying to ensure that we had our hot water service returned ASAP. I called Cordell for help with an older boiler. He came out very quickly, assessed the system, and gave me quotes to both replace and repair. We opted to repair, and he had the system up and running good as new in a matter of a few days. I then mentioned that we had been looking for several months for a general contractor to install a generator. He offered to take on the job and he had a new generator installed and working in under two weeks! Very satisfied with both projects.

Excellent, honest work. ER Heating and Mechanical was able to come out quickly (within hours) during one of the coldest days of the year when my heater stopped working. They quickly identified the issue, secured a part, and communicated when they would be back to fix it (same day). Not only that but within a couple of weeks, I had a minor unrelated issue that they gave troubleshooting instructions over the phone to save me an emergency call out. Honest business, would highly recommend.

Cordell responded without the hour to me requesting a quote. due to my work schedule, I was able to send him pictures and he was able to send a quote that same day. The job was scheduled to start at 8am and Robin and his install team were promptly there 5 min prior and ready to work. I have had other services done by other businesses and was given time blocks so would be left sitting there for sometimes hours waiting. This was not the case. They did an amazing and VERY clean install. After they changed my tank water heater to a new tankless system, Robin took the time to go over in detail how the system worked, service recommendations, and took the time to answer all of our questions before packing up. I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone needing ANY style of plumbing or heating services. I cannon speak highly enough of them.

My tankless water heater was throwing codes and not producing hot water. I explained the situation to Cordell over the phone.
