If I could give a 10 star review I would. Troy is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for our family. He even met us at the shop after hours just to provide us with electrical cord that we needed. Not only did he set us up to make things easy for us, he even walked me through the process once we were home when I couldn’t figure it out. Outstanding customer service. Also, if you are looking for solar, this is the place! Thank you AC/DC!

We ordered our Starlink kit and install through AC/DC and so far have been very impressed with their communication and customer service. It is so nice to have a business answer the phone when you call! They gave us thorough, accurate information about the costs, contacted us before the install, and showed up early for the installation appointment. More impressively, when we had trouble with the Internet shortly after the install, Troy came out the SAME DAY and moved the mount so we had a clear signal. Internet is critical to my work so I was beyond grateful. Troy also has been very responsive when I've texted him about questions or concerns. Top notch!!!

We had an emergency with our meter box for the power to our house and AC/DC quickly and efficiently helped us to make sure that we weren’t without power for very long. Not only were they extremely helpful but they were very kind. I would highly recommend them for any job!

We purchased a Cinderella toilet from ACDC Electric Svs. They are Alaska’s only provider of Cinderella electric toilets and supply.

They have outstanding customer service. They care that what you buy from them works for you. Catherine brought my Cinderella toilet from Homer to Anchorage without a fee.

We had a few questions, they were right there to help us out. The price is good for an electric toilet. Being the sole provider of these they could add a surcharge, but they don’t. One great thing is people answer their phone. If they have to get back with you, they actually do. I recommend this company for not just electric toilets but for anything they sell or service. Great people!

This is the second Starlink installation in a residential service I've experienced in 24 months. The first was a rental home that Troy installed Starlink in and it is perfect. The site sucked geographically but we never had problems. Fast forward to August 2025. We got on a earlier waiting list for Starlink with AC/DC and ordered the product for a pending home purchase. I scheduled an install, the crew was early for the appointment and didn't drill a single extra hole in exterior walls. They made use of previous work and it's more pro then what Homer peoples are used to. Time is money, use the good people and knowledge at AC/DC to save you some.

Very helpful and knowledgeable folks. Troy helped us figure out what we needed to change on our solar system and even set up a follow up appointment with us to confirm.it was all working properly. Theu had all the parts and pieces we needed and provided very useful advice.

They sourced every part needed—driving up to Anchorage to collect them from various suppliers—and had everything back in the shop within 24 hours of my first visit.
