We just finished a large project with Highland Construction and couldn't be happier. They replaced our front deck with Trex and transformed our back deck into an outdoor oasis! The project included a roofline extension, creating the perfect covered area for grilling, rain or shine.
Living in Alaska, our summers are short, and having this space to gather with family and friends, or enjoy a morning coffee with my dog, Zoe, is a true blessing. Zoe 'supervised' the crew, making sure to bark at, and receive pets from, everyone equally!
We have a very busy household, but Kyle and his team worked seamlessly around our hectic lives. Davey and I were even out of state for 10 days of the 3-week build, but felt totally at ease knowing the project was in great hands. Kyle’s advice on lighting, outlets, railing, and stair location, was invaluable. Thanks to his foresight, we have zero regrets. Highland offers top-notch communication, a keen eye for detail, and true craftsmanship. 20/10 recommend! -
