Always a pleasure working with Michael
He keeps the water flowing 😁

Scheduling was very easy and convenient using the “book online” option. Michael took time to explain our options and to troubleshoot the system. We could not be happier!

Would give a 6th star if I could. Hard working and well educated. He’s been very helpful to me over the last couple years.

Michael was communicative and helpful. He turned what felt like a major crisis with our boiler into a very fixable solution in quick order. We highly recommend PP&H for any plumbing needs!

We would like to give Michael Longto A huge thank you for the excellent work. He did at our home in KENAI as we are 3000 miles away, and our renter is also out of town. We have used this company in the past and found their number and sent them a text and they called us within 15 minutes of our text! Who does that and excellent company! They definitely treated us very well and taken care of our Plumbing And heating Issues and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services! Sincerely, Donnie and Jalane Wilson

I am 100% happy and satisfied with Precision Plumbing & Heating. Mike was quick to come and look at my project and quick to schedule the work done. He kept me well informed of his timeline and arrived when scheduled. He is pleasant to deal with did the work promised. Great company and work. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with this business! They got us in quickly, gave us an accurate ETA, and billed us for exactly what we scheduled the appointment for. No weird hidden fees or taxes, which was VERY appreciated. Also, when we found out that additional work was needed, they gave us a detailed quote with everything we had discussed on the phone and the prices ever item would be. Will definitely be using Precision Plumbing if we need any further work done!

Michael was simply excellent. Great communication, very responsive to our plans and questions. He anticipated potential problems and gave me tips on what to look for as the system returned to service. I can't give him a higher recommendation!

Michael squeezed in our boiler replacement in his busy schedule and did a very professional job. Highly recommended!

Excellent Workmanship! Wonderful Staff! We had emergency situation, Michael came at inconvenient hour on an inconvenient day, worked us in his schedule and took care of the situation!

I'm going to add to all the other 5 star reviews. I found my serviceman, Michael, to be on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, the gal helping me make the appointment was very personable. Precision Plumbing is and easy company to recommend.
