Our company, Bridge Management Services, hired Collins Construction for our first development, Arctic Hardware (True Value) in Wasilla, AK. The loan with the SBA was a nightmare; the process and paperwork before the construction was agonizing. With a short summer, I braced for more problems with the construction of our 12,000 sq ft building...but they didn't happen. Greg and his team know how to run job and get the job done right the first time. We are so grateful...time for more developments.
