Generator finally delivered and hooked to house electric. 12 days after concrete pad dropped off. No fuel connected, generator is useless at this point. No operating instructions, no connecting to Wi-Fi. Left messages, numerous calls. On a scale of 1-10, communication from company has been a solid 1. Technician is fine.

Doug and Kera did an excellent job and finished both jobs timely and efficiently. I highly recommend All Phase for your electrical needs.
