Amazing service

He moved my dryer to clean the vent. He cleaned up all the dirt and Lint that collected under the dryer. I was able to mop the floor before he put the dryer back. I couldn't believe how much stuff he removed from the vent and the dryer. The lint trap was packed full. Highly recommend Richard!

I simply googled Dryer vent cleaning, Anthem, AZ and Richard popped up. Reviews were great so at 9pm I texted him as we needed this task done in a hurry. By 11pm it was booked for the next morning, he arrived on time, was fast, clean, and thorough - AND at the best price around. He even booked-in to do a follow-up clean once our construction was complete and the dryer was hooked back up. Love our Anthem neighbors, work ethic, and quality of service. Found out that Richard is also a plumber by trade and repairs fireplaces as well. Made a new friend today! Laurel D

Called yesterday to see if they could come out to take a look at my air conditioner, but not one single person called me back despite promises from Ethel their AI that someone would . Called again this morning to try again and you cannot get a live person on the phone and after yesterday‘s experience, I seriously doubt that I will be reaching back out to this company again

Excellent service and communication. The one thing that can’t be overlooked is the 1 hour appointment window. If you’ve ever waited for an HVAC tech to come to your home, you know.

Technician called to say he's be early, thne showed up 20 minutes after original time. Annoyed at the reason for visit, even though I'd been clear on my needs. Gave minimal service, with no results.

Alex came right out, diagnosed the issue and repaired our unit within an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use them again!!
