From beginning to end, working with North Valley Water Solutions is a wonderful experience. I have worked with North Valley Water Solutions for over 15 years. Consistently, every employee is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Office staff is friendly, she quickly understands need and organizes a solution. My water heater went out and I had a team on site for repair within two hours! The technicians present themselves professionally, they are knowledgeable in their field, and maintain a very clean workspace. Dave, the owner, has created a great team and leads an exceptional company!

Five years ago, they installed our reverse osmosis system and our water softener. They service our R/O filters annually. Always great service!

I had an issue getting the right stuff for my R.O. filter replacements but they resolved it immediately.

North valley water solutions took care of my my leak on the supply line into the house, Dean was very professional worked on the leak and of course David came out to make sure it was taken care of and he jumped right in and helped to complete the job. Can't say enough how great these guys are and they are economical meaning they charged a Fair rate for parts and time. Need a plumber in the north valley call this company you can't go wrong!!

One of the best service companies I’ve ever used. Tech was great, helped troubleshoot older parts instead of replacing them and charging. Price was surprisingly low for a full sink hookup and they had quick availability. Will always use them going forward.

Kevin was on call today (Saturday) and arrived minutes after we called the main office. We stumbled upon a leak and Kevin was able to repair it on the spot! Thank you Kevin and the entire team.

Called to have our RO filters changed and was scheduled for two days out. Repair man (Kevin) arrived a few minutes early, went straight to work and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Very efficient and cleaned up after himself. What a pleasant surprise that we even talked about fishing while he worked. I would highly recommend this company for whatever issues you may have with your water systems. I would also think Kevin deserves an attaboy from his employer for representing the company so well.

We needed our soft water and filtration system replaced and North Valley Water Solutions popped up on my web search with 5-Star reviews so we gave them a call. They were able to come out and replace both systems within a few days. The Office staff was courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with. I was particularly pleased with the service from Dave and Kevin. Super helpful explaining my system to me and making a few minor modifications to some piping I needed moved. As an aside, while I was doing some "plumbing" on my own, I managed to break two water valves (corrosion due to not having water softener), after hours of course so I called NVWS for emergency service. Not only did they fix my issue and get me back in service in short order, I was texted by the owner to see how things went. Very much appreciated!!! Can't thank you guys enough for everything. Definitely recommend North Valley Water Solutions to anyone needing their services.

I became a customer of NVWS today, 7/9/2024. I noticed my RO system wasn't working right. I also knew it was time to change filters, and I needed to find a new company. I put a post on Anthemstuff asking for recommendations. Then, my RO system stopped working. Several people recommended NVWS. I called, and initially, had an appointment for tomorrow, but I received a call back, and they had a cancellation, so could send someone today! Dean came out this afternoon, and was great, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell us, or charge us for anything we did not need. Our system is working, and now we have a new company to change our filters, and I will recommend them.

We were so happy to find North Valley Water Solutions! We noticed our water heater had started leaking quite a bit last week and wondered if we would be able to find someone to replace it before we leave for a few weeks. Not only were they able to install it before we leave in a couple of days, the price we were quoted was lower than other quotes we had received...and no one else could install it before we had to leave.
