I heard about Sun Air Services from my son who highly recommended them. My call was answered and they were able to be at my house in less than 30 minutes! They were very professional and polite. They were very knowledgable and detect the problem right away. No pressure or sales pitch, just explained the issue and what was required to fix it. Within a couple hours, my A/C was up and running again. Great experience in my time of need. Thank you Sun Air Services!

These guys are on their game! My 81 year old mother had 2 well known companies, that shall remain nameless come out to fix her 3 year old AC unit. First guy says it's in the ductwork, and they needed to either cut a hole in the ceiling, or the roof to get to it. Second guy tried to say the unit was no good, and sell her a $17,000 new unit. Both charged her for their visits. Last resort we searched Google, these guys came right up. Local guys, father and son, came right out! Within the hour, her AC is up and running! Their charges were less than what she paid the other 2 companies just to come out and spew garbage at her. Definitely her new go to guys, extremely friendly, and you can't beat a father and son that know what their doing. I would and will recommend them for any AC/heating problems.

Sun Air Services was able to quickly schedule a visit and solve my problem without trying to upsell me or charge me for things I didn't need. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Many other larger companies in the valley will send a salesman out for your initial visit and schedule technicians to come later, after they've extracted as much money from you as they can. Sun Air came out action-oriented and solutions focused, ready to do work and get my unit up and running. Highly recommended if you value honesty, transparency, and value without the pressure to spend more than you need to.

Equi-Tech is a blessing for our family. Day before I'm bringing my wife home from Banner Baywood Hospital our 15 year old A/C unit stopped working. I just had a brand new unit put in. The Technician Was genuine, honest and really easy to work with. He was on time and efficient. He even installed my AC on a Saturday.

They responded my request very promptly and even in a busy time did everything they could to help. They a special effort to get me taken care of my problem as quick as possible. My ac fan and compressor went out today, I did a quick search for a local company, and these guys showed up really fast. The technician was super friendly and did a job so good it's like magic! I thought I was going to be paying waaayyyy more but it was very reasonable for what a great job he did. Would definitely recommend this company.

A/C calls can be scary. The service technician seems to hold all the cards meaning they can say and sell whatever they want. Most Service Techs are Really just Commisioned salesman. Never a need to fear with Equi Tech. These guys are Truthful to the core and can certainly be Trusted to diagnose and repair any System. My 15 year old system needed a Kickstart Capacitor on the Compressor and a boost up on Freon. The service call was very affordable and I'll be purchasing a new Day and Night unit before next summer as It's better to be safe than Sorry. Honest, Affordable, Equi-Tech😉

On initial appearance this company looks and sounds great. I was quoted a fabulous price over the phone in an emergency situation and the they were able to send someone out that day. After a technician came to the house and i already gave authorization over the phone ( i was at work) the work was completed and I was called afterwards for them to collect payment. The initial quote compared to the actual bill was no where even close to the same ball park. Being the work was already completed the owner Don said he would take $50 off to make things better. Still not even close to the initial quote, but live and learn the A/C was fixed $500 later for a motor replacement and forced to pay a "service fee" to make sure my freon was good. Oh well. I come home to a nice cool house and go to see what the temp is inside my home to find a business sticker on my very expensive thermostat. And this was not just any little sticker that could easily be pealed off, no this thing was put on with gorilla glue. After a little scrubbing and careful pealing I was able to remove the sticker without any damage. Now fast forward a month, a big storm comes and I go out to check on my A/C unit to find wires hanging out of the unit, the weatherproofing door barely hanging on because of some part that was replace that is no where close to being able to fit in the actual spot its suppose to. I call Don the owner to try to get someone to come "clean up" the wire work so it doesn't look like a 3yr old put it together and I was informed that is the only way that it can be done and he has been in business for 25yrs and has never had anyone complain about this. Now I know electrical work and he was trying to give me some song and dance that might be able to be believed by someone who doesn't know any better but not in this case.

Long story short people make sure if you hire this company get all quotes in writing prior to them working on anything and go out and double check their work to make sure it is up to standard. I for one will never use this company again nor will i ever recommend it to anyone either.

I strongly recommend Equi-Tech. Dalton could not have been more professional, responsive, efficient or reasonably priced. He came out the day I called him, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired promptly.

I called at 7 AM, Dalton was over my house before 8 AM, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I’ll never called another company or air conditioning again. Super friendly, they are open 24 hours a day and work every weekend during the summer!

Dalton what is kind courteous and I could tell that he was not out himself. He came out on a Sunday to fix my ac/heat system.. he even had Ecobee3 smart thermostats that he had himself on his truck and hooked it up along with the repair .. I was very happy

Highly, highly, highly reccomend!!!! Called on a Saturday afternoon from out of state as my elderly father's AC was not working. They answered immediately and committed to checking it by the end of the day, which they did! Called me when they got there, called me when they were done. Dalton was who I was in contact with. Luckily it was a very simple fix. So thankful, the customer service from this company was above and beyond!
