Pest Control reviews in Apache Junction, Arizona

Casey was extremely professional and completed the service well before time and with no disruption to our chores !

Emilio was very professional and provided us with the pest control services we needed and answered all are questions.

Had a snake get into our pest box. Lawrence did an amazing job with communicating with me things we could do and what he was going to put down. We realized the snake was dead after we got the box open and he disposed of him. Guessing he was over 4 ft long.

Emilio from Bucksworth pest control was great at getting the pest service done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Great service. Thank you Colin for doing a awesome job!

I've been using Bucksworth for weed control for over 2 years. They guarantee that if you see a weed they will come out, but I've never had a weed since I started the service. I should add that all the technicians that have come out have been professional and super nice. I'm going to keep them.

Emiliano was very courteous and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. He preformed his work efficiently.

They two gentleman were very professional and curious. They were transparent with their timeline throughout the entire process. They were friendly and personable. They were really nice to my family and I. Now I understand why they maintain a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this company to anyone .

You never let someone in your house unless you trust them.
They were scheduled, to do a Prelament treatment, called them yesterday to see if I could also get, incect treatment done at the same time.... Done.
I noticed a couple of mud tubes starting in my garage. Noticed that on the side of the truck said 'Temites'. So I asked 'Ryan' the tech if he could inspect them while he was here.
"No problem, I'm qualified for inspection"

SUCH, A SOLID HOME RUN OF A COMPANY!
You always have, to have someone come out and inspect first, then set an appointment.

Yesterday.
I was going to have my law sprayed to prevent them from growing back for 6 months!
OMG, it really works.
My loyalty is solid, and I put my name on it.
Jeff Melnick. Peace and strength.

Nick is our new guy. He has done weeds and pest at both houses for us now. Best service ever! Very thorough, friendly, not rushed but quick and knowledgeable. I hope he stays on for years to come!

As usual, your professional bug assassin did a great job of ridding my yard of creepy crawlies. He was friendly, accommodating and did a thorough job, just like all of your other techs have been over the last few years. Keep up the great work. Thanks!!

Matt was pleasant, very thorough and communicated what he did. I have always had great service with Bucksworth! Definitely recommend

Being a family owned and local company make it so much easy for me to choose them. They are super professional and the technicians for the pest control are certified! Very much compromised to the client satisfaction regarding their offer services. I just loved them!

Just wanted to go on here and
say that I've been with buckswoths for many years and have always had great service. And today with the technician Joe my experience was no different! Joe did an amazing job servicing my home and it was very clear that he is knowledgeable on pest. Thank you guys for the great service and for being a great company 👍

The Technicians are great! Customer service is excellent and very happy with our results.

Very focused, professional and efficient service by Bucksworth pest control today! He asked about specific needs and listened carefully to my response.

On time and thorough service. Professional and courteous w his work and visit.

Wonderful company and such nice people - have had them since 2020 and have always had a bug free house - if we got worried about anything - they get it checked out within a day or two max! Highly recommend!!

Always prompt and on-time with service technicians that genuinely care about your personalized needs for both pest control and yard services. We have never had a better experience with any of the other competitors in the area and this helps support local businesses, which people should be focusing more on when possible.

Recommended fully as a long term customer and client!

Zach McDonald always arrive on time and get treatment done quickly and effectively. We never had any issue with pest.

Had weed service done to my 1.25 acre property to get rid of the Globe Chamomile. They came out and sprayed. It did nothing to the weeds. I called and they came out again saying this treatment will liquify the weeds. Then I left for the summer. When I came back the weeds were still there and it looked like they may have nicked my Saguaro Cactus and something got under it's skin and was eating the flesh.
I called to complain about the weeds still being there and the damage to my Cactus, and demanded a refund of $450 that I paid for the de-weeding which had no results.
I was told that they are not responsible for any damage to property- The Representative even went on to say that if they were doing AC maintenance and their employee fell off the roof that he would sue the homeowner and their company. So much for Bonding and Insurance I guess.
The Rep then went on and tried to solicit more work asking me if I had AC and a heat pump and they could do maintenance and then asked about termite service.
I told him that I'm not too happy with the company and wouldn't even think about hiring them for anything until this problem has been worked out.
The Rep said that someone would be contacting me about my weeds and property damage.
Well that never happened, it's been two weeks and nothing.
I would think twice about using this company for any work around a home.
Here are some pictures of the Weeds that were supposed to have been liquified and damage to my cactus.
