1UP responded to my inquiry quickly at the end of a business day and had the owner out in the morning bright and early. He was transparent about the repair issue, my options to repair/replace and the cost up front. He was efficient in replacing a portion of my water main valve and installed a pressure regulator as well. All parties were friendly and clear/concise in their communications.

They did a great job in finding my leak and was fast at repairing. Would use them again. Very friendly and helpful

Teresa called me right away and Tanner did a great job. It was 118 outside and he didn't skip a beat. We are happy. Installed today so far so good water softener will call them again for plumbing.

Don't waste your time calling other plumbing companies ......AJ ,1UP plumbing customer service is on point, no messing around, Terrance this a Master Plumber, showed up ,figured out the problem ASAP. Gave me a great price, fixed the issue i had and fixed another area in my kitchen sink ..I called 3 other company's and 1 never showed 2nd was outrageous high price. Don't waste your time and $$$ calling other 🤡 clown plumbing companies, 1UP plumbing is a company I will be recommending to my family & friends . Thx 1Up thx terrance

Fast, friendly, efficient service. The tech was able to assess the issue with my bathroom sink, offer a very reasonable cost to fix, and get it done the same day. If I have future plumbing needs I'll be using 1UP again. Highly recommend.

Excellent service experience! Had a plumbing problem that resulted in a shutoff of water to the entire house. 1UP sent a technician within the hour and provide a fair estimate of repair. Technician was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Work was done efficiently and fully to our satisfaction. I will use them again.
