Two days before leaving town on a scheduled trip we discovered water bubbling from the foundation of our house forcing us to shut the water off to the entire property at the meter. We contacted Rescue Plumbing mid morning. They were able to send someone out by mid afternoon. Within a couple hours Enrique was able to troubleshoot the problem and offer us a repair solution which we agreed to, and Enrique had us back in service with full water power within a matter of a few hours that evening. The next day Enrique returned in the morning to double check the repairs before refilling the holes. Our thanks for getting us back in service that same day. We highly recommend Rescue Plumbing Services.

We have used Rescue Plumbing Services for several different plumbing issues at our home and at our vacation rental. They are prompt and answer all of our questions, offering cost effective solutions. I've used Rescue Plumbing since I bought my home over a year ago. In total, they have serviced my home at least 3x. The most recent service was for faucet installation in my two bathrooms.

My initial contact was with Yolanda, who is always pleasant to talk to. I explained the service needed and we made arrangements for Enrique to come out and give me a quote.

It's been a couple of weeks since the faucets were installed and so far, so good. Enrique is always pleasant and when I ask him plumbing questions, he answers them directly and in ways a non-plumber like me can understand.

In addition to this most recent service, Rescue Plumbing has performed other plumbing work (garbage disposal, irrigation) and I've had no issues with the work.

As a first time home-owner, I am glad God led me to Rescue Plumbing and the quality work they do.

We've had Rescue Plumbing out twice, once for a toilet leaking and this week out for the washer faucet. Both jobs were nightmares and required much more work than anticipated. I am an anxious pregnant woman who had a leak and a million questions regarding so, they handled everything with genuine interest and care. What a great company! I have a rental in Arizona and needed a Water Heater replaced and was overwhelmed with all the choices of plumbers in Apache Junction area alone. It's hard to know these days who you can trust. I called Rescue Plumbing Services and was warmly greeted by staff. They were able to get a hold of the next available plumber to go look at the problem that day! The plumber called me and explained that my water heater might be under warranty. I first thought that warranties are a waste of time, but the plumber assured me that it was easy. He wanted to see if he can save me money. Wow! What great service! I called the company and sure enough the water heater was under warranty. I didn't have to buy a new water heater! They scheduled the replacement two days later! All done and excellent work! When I needed help with my air conditioning at 120°. They were right here and were able to fix my AC issue. They also found issues from the last company I had hired. That company did not repair or tell us about the problem. AC and Plumbing Pro told us what was going on, repaired the vents so I would have better air flow. The back of the home was cooler within 30 min. Very happy home owner. I think I will be able to trust this company.

Curtis and Jeff are the A-Team, and they did a great job replacing our two, (3-ton) AC units and furnaces. Professional, prompt, has additional abilities beyond just plumbing and A/C when needed.
Curtis is your man (alias hero)when you a need a custom plumbing job done. He installed a shower wand for me which required grinding down the attachment for which he had the appropriate tool and tile knowledge to complete the job. Love that he used a towel to protect my glass floor while he performed his magic! Highly recommend this company. Oh Cody actually answers the phone and promptly returns your call. Amazing service!

So glad I found AC and Plumbing Pro! I had an issue with my AC unit and they handled the problem with ease. We were in a panic when our air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer! We called around and had a different company come out. Recently had my ac go out and it's still a little warm here in Arizona.
I researched companies in my area and found these guys. They were great. Customer service was great and they came out so fast.
I felt like the issue I had with my AC was explained in terms I would understand and I felt like I wasn't getting one over on me. Curtis was my tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable so that made me comfortable to have someone in my house. I will definitely be using these guys again. The technician explained the repairs need to be done in a complete and professional manner and was quickly able to adapt and overcome some manufacturer issues with the unit bought by the customer.
