Plumbing reviews in Apache Junction, Arizona

They showed up on time, did the work as promised and was 1/3 the cost of the company that gave us the first estimate!

Bought a hot water heater from GR 20 months ago. Friday we had no hot water so we called GR and they sent a plumber out. He checked to electrical panel and noted the circuit breaker had tripped. He reset the breaker, checked the temp settings on the hot water heater and left...$57 for 10 minutes. Plumber told us breaker was bad. We muddled thru the weekend with no hot water and had an electrician come out on Monday. The electrician told us the circuit breakers were fine.....he checked the power to the hot water heater and the electrician determined the lower heating element had failed. We contacted GR and they promised a plumber to come out first thing Tuesday morning to replace the element. After calling the plumber and leaving a message when we did not hear from them, they called back to tell us the plumber assigned to our job had an emergency and they would "try to get someone" out yet today. FIVE DAYS with no hot water and it all could have been avoided had the plumber on Friday checked the heating elements. The plumber was quite certain that it could not be the heating element since the hot water heater was less than two years old. Unfortunately, we will NEVER use this company again and clearly want to share our experience with other potential customers. UPDATE...owner just called to let us know he was pulling a plumber from another job to come and take care of our issue. Still unacceptable service as I had to request the office gal have the owner get involved and call me.....or this would not even have happened.

Austin and his coworker were very good. We would highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing.

As usual, the guys showed up on time. They knew what they were doing and took care of the problem at a fair price. Happy with the company and will definitely use them again.

The very best you get when you use this company ! Politeness , know how and expertise . You really do get the Golden Rule with these professionals . . I count on them as friends I can trust snd that’s an A + ! 😇

I'm a Realtor and have recommended Golden Rule Plumbing to several of my clients. They are very responsive and good value. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

I was so pleased from the time I talked with Nicole, to Roman coming to our house to change all the faucets and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend him and Golden Rule to attend to anyone's plumbing needs. Great job Roman and Thanks Nicole for understanding. Thank you so much

Conner was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Fixed our plumbing issues and we feel great about his work.

These guys are fantastic. They installed a water softener at a very fair price. I will be using their services again.

We’ve used Golden Rule several times and I highly recommend them! They are responsive, do great work, and stand by it.

This is my 3rd or 4th time using Golden Rule over the years and as always they did a great job, quick and efficient. Employees are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any job.

Isaac, did a great job of keeping me informed on what needed to be done to get our Tankless Water Heater working properly and for a reasonable price. Thanks

Wow, cant say enough about the great quality service provided by Conner, Clyde and Eddie during two service calls this month. Because of their service, we have an unclogged and now working drain and garbage disposal, new under kitchen pipes up to code, and a new dishwasher install. They live up to the their company name! Highly recommend.

Golden Rule is the only Plumber I will deal with. Fair and HONEST. I have dealt with Mike twice and every time is a delight. I am never worried of them gouging me or ripping me off. They even tell me hints and tricks I can do on my own to save me money. I would highly recommend this great business. Thank You!

David with Golden Rule Plumbing was absolutely amazing! He saved the day for our family and we are so grateful! He was so personable, it felt like we had known him forever. He handled the repair with ease and was professional the entire time. If we ever have a need for a plumber again, we are calling and asking for David. :)

It was first time we have used Golden Rule Plumbing. Seemed to be knowledgeable and making sure he got a solution to the problem. We will have them back in the future.

Great work at a fair price 👏

I had water break underneath my house called in late Friday afternoon they came out gave me estimate. Came back Saturday morning and completed repair it was done in a very short time. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Golden Rule!

Eddie was fantastic and resolved every issue I've had. I'll definitely use Golden Rule Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Conner and David did a perfect and fast job of flushing our tankless water heater and replacing the leaking gasket under the kitchen sink. They also advised that we didn't need two angle stops and that they are working just fine. Golden Rule Plumbing is very honest, very reasonably priced, always reliable and always clean up the areas where the work is performed. They are our forever plumbers!
