We just want to wish Red Mountain Carpet and Tile a Happy Anniversary for being in business for 25 years. When you started out we gave you a lot of business for cleaning carpets in Silveridge Resort and you always came through. To this day we still recommend you to anyone who asks. Your crew is very thorough and responsible. We have never had any problems.

Linda and I have had some flooring work done by Red Mountain Flooring. Stan and BArb Braaten were happy with the carpeting taht they had installed by the company. So we had them install a kitchen floor for us. Their customer service goes beyond what we expected. We had to wait a couple weeks for the specific flooring we wanted to come into their store . When it arrived, they delivered it on a Friday so it would be at ambient room temperature when they came back Monday to install it.

When the installer started laying it out, we let him know we wanted it to go in a different pattern. He told us there wasn't enough material to do it that way and we'd have to wait for more to come in. We were frustrated thinking it would be another couple weeks. He immediately got on the phone to the owner who then called me a few minutes later and said he'd drive into Phoenix and get the amount it would take and bring it to us that day and they would install the next day. That's exactly what happened.

All the people we dealt with know what good customer service is and they delivered it to us. The installers are clean, polite, and fast. We would recommend them if you're looking for flooring.

The folks at Red Mountain were wonderful to work with! From Pam and Jenny in the office to Bill and Rick and of course, the great installation job by Paul and Richard. I couldn't be more pleased with my new flooring and highly recommend Red Mountain.

Had 2 great experiences with this company. We had 3 rooms of carpet replaced in our old house we were selling. Diane showed us their "in house carpet" that they stock and had a great price on it. Her son came over the same day and measured our rooms and I had a quote first thing the next morning. We gave the OK on it and had new carpet within a week. The installers did an awesome job and were very careful moving things in and out of the rooms.

The 2nd experience was getting the carpets cleaned at our new home. It was tricky since we did not have keys to the house yet so our realtor had to take time out of her day to meet the cleaners. The communication was awesome with the installers and the people over at the store. They showed up right on time and did an amazing job on our carpets that needed some real TLC. Diana was ok with waiting until I saw the finished carpet (3 days later) before paying the bill. We got busy moving and I forgot to call and pay. She called 1 1/2 weeks later and left a very friendly voicemail reminding me the bill was due. We got in touch and were able to pay over the phone and she was extremely friendly the entire time. I will not hesitate to refer anyone I know to this place. Family owned businesses like this are my favorite places to support. Thank you Diane and crew for everything!

It has been wonderful to work with Red Mountain! We had our shower and bathroom tiled as well as our kitchen backsplash. Pedro did a phenomenal job! He is detail oriented and precise. Diane was also kind and wonderful to talk to. We highly recommend RM and ask for Pedro to complete your project!

It's just flooring, nothing life changing or exciting yes, BUT they stood by the job on our Clubhouse and repaired it. Bravo! Desert Sun in AJ.

Had our carpet stretched today by Dave and Jac, what professionals, they did a great job, causing us to not replace the carpet. Wow is that an expense we did not have to deal with. Nice step is cleaning, by Red Mountain of course.

Red Mountain did our clubhouse and 3 outer rooms. They were awesome when it came to scheduling. We had to have two different vendors synchronize with Red Mountain as we needed 2 billiard tables as well as multiple pieces of exercise equipment moved from room to room. Red Mountain was very flexible with the two other vendors, once we established a starting date things went very smoothly. They installed beautiful laminate flooring as well as great looking carpeting all around the laminate floor as well as in our side rooms. Once the side rooms were completed they gave us time to move everything back into place so they could begin the large room. Everything looks so much better. Thank You Red Mountain!!! You made what could have been a severe headache turn out perfectly. We will definitely use you again. Probably next year when we do the other rooms in the clubhouse. Thanks Again, your people are awesome!!

We had all our flooring replaced by Red Mountain Flooring and couldn't be happier with the results. Marco and his team did an outstanding job removing the tile floor, installing the laminate floor, and replacing all new baseboards throughout. New carpeting was installed in 2 bedrooms in one day and we again were very happy with the results. Tim, Diane, and Wiley helped us in selecting the flooring and explaining everything to expect throughout the process. They gave us tips on floorcare after installation and really went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If you are thinking of getting your floors replaced, I highly recommend having Wiley come and give you an estimate. We have used Red Mountain flooring for several different jobs in our home. They have even done plumbing and drywall. Really great people, great price, great service.

Red Mountain Flooring did a great job with my new carpet and vinyl plank install. The quote was accurately and thoroughly done, and the work was completed exactly as quoted. Everything looks great and was done quickly. My only issue was the carpet was not vacuumed after install, but I'm not sure how normal that is. I would definitely use them again.

Red Mountain Flooring did a fantastic job replacing our tile. Marco was very knowledgeable in removing and installing the tile. He left the place cleaner than he found it. I will use them again for any other flooring needs I have in the future. Thanks for making things so simple and easy!!

Wish I would have found these guys sooner. Knowledgeable, competitive, very friendly, and a true family business. They actually beat out two COVID-era quotes I had, nearly 4 years later, on a premium pairing of underlayment and carpet. Installers seem to be sort of private contractors of sorts, just a couple of kids that took a few hours on two smallish rooms, but the labor cost was unbeatable.

Very happy with my new nylon 6,6 carpet and looking forward to it lasting the next 20-30 years.

Could not have been happier with the process of getting new flooring. Staff was friendly and efficient. Installation was done by talented individuals. We purchased carpet from Red Mountain and it was ordered. We were told that installation would not be scheduled until the new carpet was in their store.

They called to set a day to install. We said no as we had company. It was agreed that they would install on April 21. The installers arrived promptly on April 21 and removed the old carpet & pad. They went to their shop to get the new carpet. About 30 minutes later, the management called to say that they did not have the new carpet. The manufacturer was blamed for not shipping the new carpet. It was ordered and arrived April 27. Installers arrived April 28 and installed the new carpet. We walked on pad and carpet strip for a week.

When I went to Red Mountain to settle our account. They blamed the manufacturer. If that were true, why did they schedule a date for the new carpet to be installed when they did not have it? This was a case of poor coordination within their office.

One of their own installers told us that this had happened previously also
