Cody was responsive to my questions and did amazing work. He was prompt and left the area cleaner than it was before he trimmed the palm trees. As you can see from the pictures; we have potted plants in the area and the pool equipment that didn't make his job easy.

I will definitely use him again next year!

Communication was excellent. Our tree was overgrown and needed care. Cody was prompt, did excellent service trimming our tree. Crazy but the trimming was so good I felt emotional 🥹 seeing it completed. Once again excellent service, you will not be disappointed. A++++++++++

My husband and I have used Family Tree Trimming several times in the past and have always been extremely happy with Cody and his crew. I became a widow in October and our yard was overwhelming me. I contacted Cody to see if he would give me an estimate and then I would determine if I could afford it.
Cody came and took a look at the backyard and told me they could definitely help me. When I asked him for the estimate, he said there would be no charge, that they loved my husband and were so sorry to hear about him that they would take care of it for me.
I was stunned by this generosity and this tribute to my husband. Cody and one other person came and spent 4 hours cleaning up and trimming my back yard for me. As always, it looks amazing and I can't be more grateful!
I think everyone should know, not only is Cody a great tree trimming business, but a wonderful human being!

I had Cody with his partner out to trim my two Orange Trees they did a fantastic job. We’re on time had a reasonable price. Very neat very clean. Excellent job. I would recommend them and I’ll use them again. Also, it’s wonderful to have someone in Apache Junction. Do such a wonderful job it’s a small area and you really need great workers. Cody and his team did an amazing job on my two very large mesquite trees. I am very particular about the look of them especially since they cover the entire front of my home. They are difficult trim and a great deal of work. They showed up on time, were respectful of mine and my neighbor’s property and cleaned up with precision. You're employees suck at driving. Truck 01-1495 tell them blinkers are not optional equipment.

These workers bring their super duty trucks into my neighborhood speeding and even have hit my house and neighbors cars. We’ve asked them to park their trucks elsewhere and we got attitude and attempted to be bullied by the employee who drove the truck when we asked him to park elsewhere. Don’t give your business to a company that doesn’t even care about its community.

One of their drivers is rude, excessively honks horn in traffic.

I called and talked to this guy Tom Atkinson. Real piece of work. Kept telling me the end is near, it wasn't. Said y'all are coming, you didn't. And finally to enjoy my last days. It'd be better if you just did the work.

Their drivers are stupid on. January 12,2026 on I-17 going south bound where incident took place approximately 5:39pm. A Ford F-150 or F-250 extended cab proceeded to cut me off then proceeded to speed excessively to cut through traffic like if he had some type of authority. This type of driving behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional.

I had a house fire and my insurance company recommended I use Servpro. Dustin came out the same day and got a scope of all the work that needed to be completed to get my home livable again. After having a house fire over Easter weekend, we honestly had no idea what to expect or where to even start. The same day we called our insurance, Dustin showed up right away on Easter weekend ready to help, and from that point on him and his team made this whole stressful situation so much easier for our family.

They had to empty our home, clean everything, repaint, and basically help bring our house back together. I was honestly nervous and embarrassed having people come into our home during such a hard time, but they never once made us feel uncomfortable or judged. They were super respectful, understanding, and always kept us updated on what was happening and what to expect next.

One thing that really stood out was how involved Dustin was himself. Even though he has a whole team, he was still very hands-on during the repairs and genuinely cared about making sure things were done right. He’s also really knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us and even gave advice on future upgrades we may want to do one day. It never felt like he was trying to sell us anything, he was just genuinely trying to help.

We had never met Dustin before and our insurance even told us we could choose someone else, but we decided to give this company a try and they seriously did not disappoint. They were quick, communicative, respectful, and did an amazing job during one of the hardest times for our family.

Definitely recommend them!!! If I could give them more stars, I definitely would of!
