Guys were rude and just not very professional. They also broke one of my wife’s decorations while cleaning the vents, and didn’t say anything. Do not recommend, did not have a pleasant time with them.

Horacio came at 830pm to take care of my A/C to get it at least running for a couple of days until we decided if we wanted a new A/C. We went ahead and did it and him his brother, and another employee came out on a holiday (4th of July) and put in a new A//c. He listened to every question I had and didn’t pressure into get a new A/C but gave me options. I truly appreciate there time and patience and I’m so glad I did it!

I highly recommend this company if you are on the fence about getting a new a/c unit. They had the best price out of three other companies that I called. Easy to work with, great communication, and professional. What more could you ask for!

I called (2) other companies to see if someone could come out since our A/C had stopped working. The other companies thought a week without A/C was acceptable. Arraz AC was out the next day and fixed the problem. They were on time, professional, and very helpful. They were straight forward without trying to sell me something. Great experience!

I replaced my AC system few weeks ago through Arraz. Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy from their workmanship. This is a small company but their service is as good as brand name companies yet the price is much better. You will not be ripped off.

These guys gave my 30 year old, leaky, HVAC a second life. They were able to work with my schedule as I get off late. Felt totally comfortable having them in my home, they respected my pets and children. In and out so quickly. They explained what was going on and were just super straightforward. They even went the extra mile- wiped up and took their trash out with them. 10/10 service.

We met this company while getting some repair work to our ac unit. This company reinstalled our air handler after another company had incorrectly installed a brand new ac unit months ago. This company was professional, did a great job, was accommodating, came out after hours, and stayed until the job was done to their satisfaction. They went above and beyond. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Absolutely amazing people. Incredibly smart, they communicate effectively and bottom line they look out for their clients first. Truly outstanding at what they do. In and out in 1 day with two new units installed and old ones removed. Couldn’t be happier with the performance of the new units and the service rendered. I’m not sure how to give these guys 10 stars?? This is the second time I’ve used their services, and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I’m a single gal, that lives alone, and on top of that I don’t know anything about the AC system… (weary of being taken advantage of) these guys were a referral the first time- I was blown away by their transparency, effective communication, extremely clean and polished work, and wildly reasonable prices. I reached out to ask questions about a split unit I was thinking of getting installed- Horracio, answered my questions, gave me insight on the best product, and had quotes available the very next day! They finished the install a few days ago, and I am so thrilled about the outcome!!!!! As long as they operate in the valley, I’ll never use another company!!! Thank you guys for your honest, and quality work!!!

Huratio was wonderful to work with! He was prompt and courteous. I was very nervous about having to buy a new AC unit but he made the experience not stressful at all.
