The technician, James, was awesome. Really knows his stuff. Arrived on time and was very courteous. I thought the rate was very reasonable. I've already recommended him to neighbors.

This company has ethics, honesty and integrity. James fixed our LG refrigerator. Plus work is under warranty if there is a problem down the road. Just keep your receipt. What a great company. Your the BEST.

In today’s economy, it can be tough to find a reliable repair company—especially for seniors. Vision Appliances in Apache Junction is truly a standout. I have a Kenmore 70 Series washer (one of the best machines ever made), and recently the water flow stopped shutting off. Since this was the only issue the washer has ever had, I wasn’t ready to replace it.

After researching local options, I chose Vision Appliances, and I’m so glad I did. From my first call to the completed service visit, the entire experience was excellent. No pressure, no upselling—just honest, knowledgeable service. It’s refreshing to work with a business that genuinely cares about its customers.

I’ve now used Vision Appliance Az twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. James the technician went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

What I really appreciate about this company is their honesty—they take the time to explain the issue and always recommend the most affordable, realistic way to fix things rather than upselling. That kind of integrity is rare and truly appreciated.

Aaron saved the day installing a GFI outlet on the back of our house. Called him at noon and he was at our house at 3:30! Super impressed with the quick response time. He had everything he needed to complete our project. Will definitely call Aaron again for future needs.

I highly recommend Aaron. We had a subtle problem with our pool equipment. Two other electrians were stumped. One couldn't find anything wrong. The other replaced various parts but didn't fix the problem. Aaron thoroughly diagnosed the issue, identified the problem part, and replaced it. He came quickly, communicated clearly, and was obviously highly knowledgeable. We'll use him again if we have any other electrical issues.
