Blaine was amazing!!! Having used another pool service for a couple of years with mediocre (at best) service, Blaine came to my home at 6:30AM to help us with our pool issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. With the first meeting, I know he was passionate about helping us get our pool up and running. I am so thankful for him and will highly recommend his services to any and everyone.

After having my pool cleaner go bad and let them go, I hired another pool cleaner whom was referred by others and had great reviews. They told me I had algae growing, the Cyanuric acid was extremely high and my pool needed drained. It was going to be $700 to chlorine wash and drain it. My pool builder referred me to Bullfrog which would be $1100, as many others were from 900- 1200. I then contacted Mr. Klean Pool Service. Blaine promptly answered my call, as he asked me what the issue was and listened well to my situation. He then explained he doesn't service my area, but felt lead to come to my home and drain it. He observed it, started draining it, as well as let me know that he didn't see any algae and we will look at it in the morning. He only charged me $300. He walked me thru the steps and came back the next morning to finish the job. He also noticed that the low and high speed were set wrong and operating together, which could of damaged my motors. He set my levels, shared a wealth of knowledge that my pool builder didn't nor did my previous pool cleaners take care of. My previous cleaner, while he was very nice, was not doing the job he was hired to do, and my pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Blaine displays the heart of his business and for his clients. His professionalism is demonstrated with integrity, pride, credibility, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, follow through and goes the extra mile to take care of his clients. He does NOT take advantage of your money, he is all about quality, fair pricing and building a relationship with his clients. He also does a multitude of other pool-related jobs as well, and I only wish he was closer for me to hire to take care of my pool. Now, I need to find someone like him. Blaine is your Pool Guy, if you need one!!!

When I met Mr Klean, my pool was green. He drained, acid washed, refilled,and turned it blue!....over the years, he has provided excellent care for my pool and equipment. I have been blessed to have his service! If you choose him, he will provide honest assessments and services !

We highly recommend Blaine for your pool services. We were entering summer with a green pool. We took many recommendations of cleaning products to use and we just continued to waste our time and money as nothing worked. With only a few days left before our big pool party, Blaine came in and made our pool clear blue again! The pricing was fair and he explained everything to us. He was honest, fast, and reliable. I asked Blaine a couple days ago to come and check out our pool as it was not looking so clear. He came over within 2 hours and replaced a pump that had to be done. He was very professional and really knew a lot about what was wrong with my filter system and pump. He fixed it that day and within the next 24 hours we had a Chrystal clear pool! He was very easy to talk to and was also very honest about pricing. Thanks to Blaine we have a beautiful pool up and running for the summer in our new house!

I have been using Mr. Kleen pool services for about 6 months now, and I've been more than satisfied and have had my expectations far exceeded! I'm a new homeowner and travel for work, Blaine has been nothing but accommodating of that, and has kept me in the loop and notifying me of any concerns as soon as he notices them, and gives recommendations on next steps. I cannot say enough good things about Blaine and his pool service. He has come to my rescue several times, BEFORE I was a regular customer. He is VERY responsive, informative and has integrity. He always shows up when he says, provides service very quickly and is transparent about the process. My pump died on a Saturday and he had a new one in by Monday! I called Blaine because my old pool guy was retiring. Blaine came out and I knew my pool needed some work because I bought the house a year prior knowing it was sub par. Blaine quickly pointed out what the issues were and he completed a whole rejuvenation mechanically. He replaced all the old equipment with new at a very reasonable price and very quickly. He has been maintaining my pool now for 5 months and I will say he is far superior to my last service. My friends even comment on how my pool looks better than ever. I've been using this service for about a year now. Great service! Excellent well rounded knowledge. My pool has been crystal clear and clean ever since. He also put in a new LED pool light for me which has been a beautiful accent to the evening swim time. Very Honest and Reasonable. I was calling companies to see if they service my area. My pool pump was on buy my vacuum wasn't working. My pool pump was not priming. I was expecting to have to buy a new pump. He said that he doesn't normally service my area but he was very close to my area on that day. I had family coming into town the next weekend and I was thinking we wouldn't be able to use the pool.
After looking at my pool and doing a few thing he got the pump fixed. He recommended that I get a pool company to maintain my pool, even if he wasn't able to service it himself. He found a couple items that needed to be fixed and fixed them while he was there with items on his truck and the charge was very reasonable. He could have taken advantage of the fact that I didn't know a lot about how to deal with my pool, but he didn't.
Thank you Blaine, for helping me out and for the advice that you gave me to help with the pool. I wish I lived in your service area. It is rate that a company answer their phone and actually come out so quickly. My grandkids had a great time that weekend.

I’ve been using Mr Klean for about a year and a half now and I could not be happier. I had some discoloration in some corners when he first started and he was able to take care of that, and it has been absolute smooth sailing since he started. I can use my pool at any moment without having to worry about if it’s clean or if the chemicals are balanced. He also makes great recommendations on different filters or equipment to use. I’ll definitely continue to use him for a long time.

Blane is absolutely phenomenal. We bought a home with pool levels off the charts bad. It was devastating. But Blane came over and fixed the issue immediately and now the kids will be able to swim! We now are getting his pool service. Out of all the people I called he was the only one that did his job with passion!! Rockstar status!

We have been using Mr. Klean's service since the pool was built three years ago and will continue to utilize his services. He does a fantastic job in keeping the pool crystal clear, balancing all chemicals and cleaning out the filters. He was a tremendous help recently when the pool deck had to be repaired and the subcontractor left a huge mess in the pool and forgot to turn the pump back. I appreciated that he was able to talk to me in detail about our pool issues. He also spoke to my wife later and was able to explain everything to her so we could immediately make a decision and move forward. He was able to order the parts on short notice and we were "up and running" right away. He was respectful and professional. Also he did a follow-up visit to make sure everything was operating correctly and the pump timer was set correctly.

Excellent customer service! My sister has a rental property in Avondale area and I researched for her a company to maintenance and clean the pool for a reasonable cost. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional with the system used and assured us he would take very good care of our pool needs.
