Alpha HVAC has always provided fast and efficient service to our home. They installed a mini split in one of the bedrooms for a very reasonable price. We called when one of the air conditioners at our house weren’t working and they were able to come out a day later and fix the issues. I have found all of their technicians to be friendly, professional and informative and their customer service is stellar. I would definitely recommend them!

Joe showed up when he said he would. He called a half hour before arriving. He serviced our heat pump and installed the digital thermostat that I had tried to install. I would never have figured it out because there was a wiring issue at the heat pump that he took care of.
I'm very pleased with the service provided and will use Alpha Home Services again.

Just amazed at the amazing work and character of Woody! We had a plumbing line that was clogged due to the bad work of another plumber, Woody came in and made of feel like family not wanting to leave until we were taken care of! We had Alpha Home Services work on electrical and A/C for us. They were on time and worked hard to get the jobs done. Their prices are VERY reasonable. We contacted alpha HVAC to install a train Mitsubishi mini split system. The installation went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with the quality of the product and service.

We recently had Tommy come out for a scheduled routine maintenance. He gave our system a thorough checkup including cleaning the coils of the exterior compressor unit. He provided a lot of information and answered all of my questions.
I can highly recommend alpha HVAC for both installation and HVAC maintenance.

Alpha Home Services was able to schedule me the same day I called. Joe did an awesome job finding out why our heating system wasn't working. He fixed the problem quickly with the dirty flame sensor, and also told me about the gas pressure out of the valve was low, therefore I couldn't adjust pressure any higher. He showed me what it tested at, and quickly gave me an estimate on how much it costs to install a new gas control valve. I would recommend this company, and will see them again soon after the parts are ordered!

I had Alpha install a pellet stove for me. They took care of the permit from Cochise county. Josh made sure I was happy with the work, and addressed all my concerns down to 8the smallest detail. I would use them again.

Our AC quit working late Friday, and Alpha Home Services had Josh at our door by 8 AM Saturday—amazing response time considering the competing companies are 8-10 days out, even for emergencies. Josh was professional, quick to diagnose the issue, and had everything running smoothly in no time. Great service all around. Highly recommend!
