Reviews of local pros in Benson, Arizona

We hired Alpha Home Services to install a 4-ton heat pump split system in our home, replacing an old Goodman conventional heat pump system.

The installers did their homework and completed the installation by the end of the day.

Kudos to Joshua and Ronnin—you guys are fantastic!

I highly recommend Alpha for any HVAC needs. They are punctual, maintain a clean working area, and display professionalism.

At the end of the installation, Alpha HVAC sent a team member to perform a quality control check on the job. We are very impressed with the quality of work and dedication these individuals bring to their tasks.

Very timely service, even in the busy season. Travis was very personable and professional, and did a great job on our AC repair! Thank you so much!!

I recently called Alpha Home Services / Alpha Service LLC after hearing about their Aeroseal duct sealing option, and wow — it absolutely lived up to the hype.

From the very first conversation, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. When they arrived, they inspected my HVAC system with care and took time to explain how leaks and gaps in ductwork can dramatically reduce efficiency and comfort. They then proceeded with the Aeroseal process, sealing all the major leaks from inside the ductwork.

The results were immediate and impressive. My home’s airflow improved noticeably, rooms that used to be too warm or too cool now balance out, and I can already tell my energy bills are going to decrease. Best of all, the process was clean, non-disruptive, and carried out with respect for my home.

If you’re considering making your HVAC system more efficient — especially if your ducts are older or you suspect leaks — I highly encourage you to ask Alpha about Aeroseal duct sealing. It was a game changer for me, and I’m confident it could be for you too.

Kudos to the Alpha team for excellent service, attention to detail, and delivering results. If I need HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work again down the road, they’ll be my first call.

Travis was awesome, he explained the unit to me and got it up and running. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.
I would highly recommend Alpha Home Services to anyone.

Josh and Trevor were great. They installed the split system AC in our office. It works fantastic. It will be nice and cool working from home this summer and when our family plays PC games in there after work.

I unexpectedly needed an urgent repair and was genuinely amazed at how quick and efficiently Alpha Home Services dispatched a qualified plumbing repairman. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the water turned back on with no leaks!

I had a great experience with Alpha HVAC! Travis was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely awesome. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on. Travis went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. I really appreciate the professionalism and care they showed. I'll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needed HVAC service.

We had our new HAVC unit installed several months ago and Alpha Home Services was amazing about reminding us about scheduling the winter checkup to our heat pump (included with our unit FYI). Travis & Woody were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Actually noticing an issue with our hot water that needed to be addressed or would have cause major flooding. Travis was great in assisting with questions that have come up with our new HVAC Unit. And even help us in make our unit run more efficiently and quieter.
They were also kind & friendly with our very noisy, curious, weird cats.
Big thanks to Travis, Woody & Alpha Home Services, From Maryann & Jesse and the cats.

Hands down the best AC and heat technician that I know of in Cochise County today! When my long time AC guy retired, I thought I was doomed to use the companies that want to retire off each customer. Then 3 years ago All-American air opened up, and I once again find myself with an accountable affordable expert to take care of my heating and air conditioning needs! Thank you Devon and Crystal! God bless you!

I’m very happy with Devon’s work on my mini split systems. I won’t even consider another HVAC company, this is my guy!

After the contractor my home warranty assigned screwed up and and left me hanging with no air conditioning, I contacted All American Air llc , on a Saturday even! Explained my dilemma to Crystal and she got ahold of Devon who came and fixed my predicament. Although they don't utilize home warranties I think their price was great. ( I can bill my warranty sevice) having some knowledge of hvac myself, Devon gladly answered my questions and explained his proceedure . He also fixed other problems that previous technicians overlooked or did not fix. Now I'm back to COLD and quiet running. Thank you guys , see you for my fall heater check.

Had an issue with the evaporative cooler on my rental house where a young mom and her toddler live so I really needed it done quickly.. Devon came out the same day, fixed the issue, was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company. I also enjoyed talking and laughing with Crystal!
