We're first time pool owners. Jim was great. Even though I'd watched a ton of videos on cleaning a DE filter, I knew there would be at least one thing that would stump me. Sure enough, there were several things that would have stumped me if I'd have tried to clean it myself.
Luckily Jim knew exactly what to do and didn't mind explaining things to me.
Carefree Crystal Clear is the 4th pool expert to look at our pool and system. Two were different weekly maintenance guys who saw business and maintenance in a very warped way. Both did damage to the pool. The 3rd was supposed to be an expert at pool heaters, but screwed up the programming of filter so badly that the filter only ran at 70% max. Luckily I found a great video on the system and reprogrammed it correctly.
I knew we'd probably have to kiss a few pool frogs before finding a qualified and honest pool company. We did and we did. Carefree Crystal Clear Pools is now our GO TO pool expert.

Jim Jagt is always pleasantly friendly, efficient at his skills and leaves everything working great . I have used Carefree Crystal Clear Pool Service for many years and appreciate owner John Stugart coming by to assure all is well.....it is.

Carefree Crystal Clear pools, extremely reasonably, replaced by pool motor, drained and acid washed my pool, cleared a skimmer line, replaced a pool light, and currently maintains my pool to a high degree. I have had a great experience with each of their employees I have met and I highly recommend giving them your business. To be blunt they do a hell of a job.

I rarely write reviews BUT I can’t say enough good things about Crystal Clear Pool. I usually take care of the pool myself but it started to run slow and wouldn’t maintain pressure. I was unable to fix it. I had company coming in a few days. I was having a hard time finding a pool service that would help me.
John promptly returned my call and to my delight and surprise, he set me up with a service call first thing the next morning. Jim arrived promptly at the appointed time. (It was early!) He figured out my problem and had my system running again in minutes. Jim is professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understanding and informative.

Over the years they’ve handled everything from smaller fixes to larger pool and equipment repairs, and the work has always been excellent. Just as important, they stand behind what they do.

I have used this company since we moved to Scottsdale in 2016. They are super easy to schedule, provide the service at a fair price, and have really good workers who show up on time and want to do a good job. Justin (crew 2) just completed our unit this morning and they double checked all the windows to ensure I was happy with their job.
