We're first time pool owners. Jim was great. Even though I'd watched a ton of videos on cleaning a DE filter, I knew there would be at least one thing that would stump me. Sure enough, there were several things that would have stumped me if I'd have tried to clean it myself.
Luckily Jim knew exactly what to do and didn't mind explaining things to me.
Carefree Crystal Clear is the 4th pool expert to look at our pool and system. Two were different weekly maintenance guys who saw business and maintenance in a very warped way. Both did damage to the pool. The 3rd was supposed to be an expert at pool heaters, but screwed up the programming of filter so badly that the filter only ran at 70% max. Luckily I found a great video on the system and reprogrammed it correctly.
I knew we'd probably have to kiss a few pool frogs before finding a qualified and honest pool company. We did and we did. Carefree Crystal Clear Pools is now our GO TO pool expert.

Jim Jagt is always pleasantly friendly, efficient at his skills and leaves everything working great . I have used Carefree Crystal Clear Pool Service for many years and appreciate owner John Stugart coming by to assure all is well.....it is.

Carefree Crystal Clear pools, extremely reasonably, replaced by pool motor, drained and acid washed my pool, cleared a skimmer line, replaced a pool light, and currently maintains my pool to a high degree. I have had a great experience with each of their employees I have met and I highly recommend giving them your business. To be blunt they do a hell of a job.

I rarely write reviews BUT I can’t say enough good things about Crystal Clear Pool. I usually take care of the pool myself but it started to run slow and wouldn’t maintain pressure. I was unable to fix it. I had company coming in a few days. I was having a hard time finding a pool service that would help me.
John promptly returned my call and to my delight and surprise, he set me up with a service call first thing the next morning. Jim arrived promptly at the appointed time. (It was early!) He figured out my problem and had my system running again in minutes. Jim is professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, understanding and informative.
I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Clear Pool!

Organization is terrific, from Top on down. Solved a railing placement problem with creative thinking and leg work! They are professional and responsive….two traits that are hard to find. Highly recommend them for any pool or spa related project or maintenance.

We’ve been using Crystal Clear Pools for a few years now and have always had a great experience with them. They’re very responsive whenever we need service, whether it’s routine maintenance or a repair.
Over the years they’ve handled everything from smaller fixes to larger pool and equipment repairs, and the work has always been excellent. Just as important, they stand behind what they do.
We also use their weekly service, and they consistently show up and take great care of the pool, something we really appreciate after past experiences with other companies where that wasn't the case.

Had Ecoblu Pools come out, because my pool turned totally green!!! They diagnose problem and cleared up pool immediately !!! Everyone was very nice easy to deal with from moment I made my call , they showed up on time every time .., very professional.., would highly recommend Ecoblu Pools

"EcoBlu Pools", also known as "My Pool Gal's lasted all of 3 visits ! A little snooty to deal with, and not very customer friendly.
They couldn't even diagnose the most basic of pool equipment issues.
No stars for this one, and would highly suggest looking for alternatives in the PHX area.

So satisfied for two years until recently. Didn’t show up for several weeks and finally came when pool turned green with algae. Disgusting.
Then, had to start calling again when pool wasn’t being serviced.
Owner’s wife suggested perhaps I should find someone else to service my pool area.
So, fired EcoBlu and hired someone else who’s more reliable, dependable, and respectful to me as their customer.

On Mar 28th we had a lot of company coming in from out of town. Our pools heater had gone out and everyone was expecting to enjoy their AZ.vacation here in Cave Creek. Not only were they quick with the repairs but recognized our timing issue and put us priority. Came out next day. Also their other technician gave us a free pool cleaning while the heater was being repaired. Thanks for the quick response and saving our pool party. Low rates and very diligent company. An easy 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
