Very professional. Great communication. Small remodeling job on our master bath got done in three days and it looks beautiful. Rick was Very helpful and patient getting our parts and supplies just they way we wanted them. We are planning to have them do our kitchen remodel when we get ready within the next couple of months.

True to form, TP Sidework did it again. We had them come back to remodel our kitchen and added a painting project to 3 bedrooms, living room and family room. They all look beautiful and the crew, Taylor, Javier and Mike, did a great job. We love the quartz countertops and the tile backsplash in the kitchen. Taylor’s input in the planning was very helpful and appreciated. The whole project was completed in six days while we were on vacation!

Taylor Payne has been an absolutely fabulous company to work with. Not only have I had the exterior of my home Updated with new colors, stonework and lighting, but his company has also completed a remodeling of my kitchen with installation of natural stone, countertops, additional counters and the installation of new appliances. My ceiling has been raised with new lighting and under counter lighting new bathroom cabinet installed. New ceiling fan installed. Plus, there is a Plus, there is a brand new roof on the whole house. Each project has been inspirational and his crew have become family members. They are that good. One of the best things that I truly like about the company is that they listen. I ask for suggestions, but they listen to my wants and needs. The smooth transition of this home has been fantastic and I can’t pat them on the back enough.

Incredible customer service from the moment they answered my phone call! Communication and attention to detail is especially important when completing multiple projects, and let me tell you, they were amazing every step of the way! They listened to everything we were wanting, and brought it all to life! I absolutely recommend giving them a call, no matter how big or small the project!

We had signed a contract for a small construction project and made the down payment. They did not begin construction when they said they would. And they have not responded to our calls, texts or email. Their voice mail says it is full and they seem to have disappeared.

Everything went smoothly at first. Got our quote, made the down payment even set the day. Then three week earlier than the set date I had men at my door ready to work with no call saying this was going to happen (not the worst thing that happened) they are then asking ME what they're suppose to be doing like they had no idea what they were at the house for. Then Proceeded to knock down my back yard wall and tell me they don't have anything needed for the project and they will be back (I have dogs now how am I suppose to let them out). they came back finished the job(again not the worst)and said they don't have the ability to dispose of anything and someone would be back to pick up the damaged brick and rebar. So we pay the bill because we were in a contract (first mistake) its been months later(and callining once a week). Nobody has came to pick up the brick and rebar so it's still sitting in our front yard and Caitlyn nor the company is answering their phone or getting back to us. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had and I'd NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t even start using this company! Organic Construction should not even be in business. When I was able to speak with them there was always an excuse. I used every way to contact them you can think of. Emails were few and far between until they decided not to respond and then their voice mail was full, text messages were not answered. They were to be done by the 7th of August and the foundation wasn’t even started. We have been homeless since then. Even my mortgage company tried to contact them. They disconnected one phone number without contacting us. Office manager was rude the last time I got ahold of them. Don’t trust them to follow through the photos were taken September and today it looks the same
